I’m extremely disappointed with our visit yesterday. We had a group of 13 people participate in the premium package and ordered pizza. While the pizzas were good, the “extra large” sizes were more like mediums, yet we were charged for extra large.Additionally, I had asked during check-in if we could project a sports channel on their TV, which one worker agreed to. However, another worker/manager became visibly upset after 20 minutes when she noticed and directed her anger at me. When I clarified that I had been given permission, she turned her frustration towards the first worker.To add to the frustration, we were double charged for some drinks. The way these interactions unfolded throughout the night left me feeling like there wouldn’t be any point in speaking to someone there about these issues.I will say, the gentleman who hosted our group was fantastic—very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it seems unlikely we’ll be returning, mainly due to the apparent attitude of the manager who was upset during our visit.

Cool experience for a group. Great idea for older kids birthday parties. They have drinks (alcohol and not) and snacks. Staff are awesome, very helpful and friendly crew.I would suggest making reservations to this place as several walk-ins had to be turned away when I visited.If you are good at throwing the staff will definitely be inviting you into the throwing league.

Alex and Stephan were more than inviting and welcoming! Stephan had such an awesome personality and was an amazing coach! Would highly recommend for a fun night out!
