BeaverTails Niagara Falls

The BeaverTails at Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls was a really disappointing experience. The place was extremely packed, and there was no seating available to actually enjoy the food, which made it stressful just to stand and eat. The only positive was the service, staff were very friendly.

I’m usually a big fan of BeaverTails and make it a point to get one whenever I see them, so I was really looking forward to this visit. Unfortunately, this one fell far short of expectations. The BeaverTail itself was way too crispy, flaking everywhere, very thin, and didn’t have the soft, chewy texture I love, and even had a flakey hole in it.

Overall, this location did not live up to the BeaverTail standard I know and love. Between the extreme crowding, lack of seating, and the disappointing quality of the treat, I wouldn’t recommend this spot, especially during busy times.

Loved my first ever BeaverTail. I got the Bananarama; an employee suggested this one to me for my first try. It was very yummy, but a little bit tough to eat due to the wrapping. It was also super affordable!

If you are ever near a BeaverTails.....GO!!! OMG they are so good that feel like God should punish me for eating them!!! Personally I think the Coco-Vanil is best! They can get busy at the Clifton Hill location but, they do work fast to get you your food.

Had the Classic in vegan, tasted like a big churro. What means really good!

Do not eat here please, after a couple hours I had the pistachio one I started feeling pretty nauseous and ended up throwing up all the pistachios… (I’m not allergic, something was not in good condition)

The staff here were kind, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the place itself wasn’t clean, and the strong frying smell made the atmosphere unpleasant. The food also didn’t taste as good compared to other branches I’ve visited.

My wife, our 6-year-old daughter, and I stopped at the BeaverTails location at Niagara Falls and it quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. The stand is right near the Falls, so it’s the perfect spot to grab a treat while sightseeing.

We ordered three BeaverTails, all made to order and served piping hot. The Bananarama (choco-hazelnut spread with bananas) was rich but perfectly balanced with the fresh fruit. The Classic with cinnamon and sugar was simple, warm, and comforting—our daughter’s favorite. My top pick was the mEHple, topped with maple spread and maple sugar flakes, which had a deep maple flavor that felt perfectly Canadian.

Each pastry was crisp on the outside, soft inside, and generously topped. The portions were large enough to share, but honestly, they’re so good you’ll want your own. Service was friendly and fast even though the stand was busy.

Tip: they’re made to order, so enjoy them right away while they’re fresh and warm—that’s when they taste their best. If you’re visiting Niagara Falls, BeaverTails is a must for families.

Love that there are vegan options available. We stopped by today and ordered 4 vegan classics (2 cinnamon, 2 powdered sugar) and they were perfect ❤️ A great treat to have when walking around Clifton Hill. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
