Amazing staff! Thank you all for also coming out to sing me a happy birthday!!! Definitely recommend!
We love Benihanas in the DFW area. We decided to go to Benihana Niagara Falls as it had been a while. Benihana Niagara Falls has a limited menu. They had no noodles. The service could be much better. For the food and service it was expensive.
Once everyone was seated at the table, we waited about 10 minutes for our server to take our order. They were very good in requesting information regarding any food allergies (lactose intolerance). We waited about another 10 minutes for our soup to arrive and our salad quickly followed. Once the bowls were cleared, our chef came out and proceeded to entertain us with a rhythm solo using only spatulas and a fork! After verifying our meat choices, he proceeded to cook our meals. It was quite a show with an onion volcano, a train and an "I Heart U". Our meals were quite tasty and, since they use a lot of garlic butter (lactose intolerance), my companions rice dish was cooked in the kitchen, not using butter (oil instead?). The rest of her meal was cooked with the rest of the food but was separated using a limited amount of butter. The entertainment value is really good and so is the meal. All in all, had a great time and a wonderful meal.
Just okay. The chefs timing was not too impressive. My fried got so cold waiting on the steak I ordered and by the time he cooked my shrimp, I had to ask for a container to take ot home. The fried rice was off too unfortunately. I go to Benihana in the US couple times a year so possibly the way it is cooked in Canada. My opinion tho...
The food and ambiance is fantastic! A great place for date night but expensive be prepared to spend between $200-$350 for two people
The food and entertainment was good although pricing is a bit steep.

I was so looking forward to Benihana's and let me tell how disappointing it was! The host was very good, and the server was good and it ended there! The chef was not very good low energy but the food was just not good. BLAND BLAND BLAND. So not worth the expense there was two of us and the bill was $287.61 ca ($218.21 USD). The environment was fine very smoky but that is to be expected. Overall save your time and skip Benihana in Niagara Falls!

Restaurantji Recommends
there was 2 menus specialty vs traditional with 2 different prices i order from the traditional list while husband order from the specialty however our food came from the same group ( meaning the chef cooked it ) put a portion on his plate put a portion on my plate...so why charged a different prices..18 % tip added even though there was 5 of us ....ohh i don't think so it was a party of 5 should we decided what the percentage should be??? the food lacked flavour only species used salt and peper and garlic butter...AND the best part the server rolled her eyes at me when she asked me white rice or for 5 dollars extra for the fried rice ( i guess she was upset b.c we choose white rice ) and not the 5 dollar more option
with no alcohol purchased i guess you are going for the experience thats all WAY over priced

Food tasted great and quantities were very large. The show while the food was being cooked was very good and lots of fun to watch/partake in. Seating arrangements weee comfortable for the time we were there. The service was good but did have to wait a little while to order drinks for our second round. The cost was very high but you are paying for the show and the quality was definitely there. I did not like the automatic tip and Niagara Falls Destination Fee that was added to our bills. As an Ontario resident I requested the NFDF be removed and they did remove it. I’m not an out of country or even province tourist. That is is the only reason I brought the review to four stars was because of the price. I would overall recommend Benihana’s as a fun dinner experience.
