The restaurant was nice. The dining experience and food was good. But.... you should be ashamed of the prices you are charging. We got the 2 protein meal which you charged $84.00 per person. If you went to the same restaurant anywhere else the price is $39.99. We also got the spring rolls for $17.00, again any other location they are $7.99. We each got an alcoholic drink which was the only thing priced reasonable. Then, you take it upon yourselves to determine that I was given you an 18% tip. Never asked, just added that to my bill! Also.... you put on another almost $18.00 for a tourist tax. By the time we got the bill it was $313. 24, that is a week of groceries for my family of four. There was only my husband and I that went out for dinner. Absolute robbery. The food was okay but not $313.24 okay. You should be ashamed of yourselves for ripping of the customers.
We had an amazing experience and fantastic meals. Chef Israel was the best hibachi chef I've ever seen, making everyone at our table happy with his friendly personality and amazed by his incredible hand speed doing his wife arrays of tricks. The quality of the beef, shrimp, chicken and vegetables was noticeable and the taste of the food proved it. The restaurant was clean and cozy.

Very poor unprofessional service the performance of the chef unprofessional he didn’t give a show correct he’s utensil felt down on the floor and he put back without washing I was super disappointed for the unprofessional service and over charged for the poor service I paid for my wife and myself 250$ usd… this restaurant it’s over rated please stay away from it. I will not recommend or go again never ever. Super over rated stay AWAY.

We were genuinely shocked by the final bill. $427 for two adults and four kids’ meals — with no alcohol ordered at all. Once the mandatory gratuity and tourism fees were added, the total felt wildly inflated.
The food and show were fine, but nowhere near good enough to justify that price point. The mandatory tip and extra fees make it feel like the cost is engineered to balloon, which really sours what’s supposed to be a fun family experience.
For nearly $450 without drinks, this was absolutely not worth it. Plenty of better family dining options for far less money.

Everything good but extremely expensive even with a $40 coupon we were given by our hotel.
Only thing we didn't like was the automatic 18% The food is already very high priced The food was amazing though They also added a tourist tax ontop also
The people we sat with were giant party poopers. From the get go this couple was demanding of the server and was placing a super complicated order. Then they stopped our chef multiple times changing their order and demanding things be cooked differently. Completely killed the vibe. We were so excited to take our son here and they made it miserable. It was like our chef was walking on eggshells just trying to get thru the presentation. Then they got their food in a to go box and left shortly after he was done. They should have said they had food allergies from the get go when they ask you at the front door instead of making demands all throughout the meal. You pay for the experience at Benihana and they made for a memorable one for all the wrong reasons.
Manager was outstanding and very accommodating. Server was great. Israel, the chef, was fabulous!
I did a reservation for a birthday, apparently they were very busy and they forgot this. They brought us an ice cream with the check, that was very kind. The experience itself great, personal is really kind and helpful. Regarding the price they did a “special nye menu” which was the same but more expensive, I didn't appreciate this part. Overall is a great experience.
Amazing experience 1st time my family and I had a great time chef Stonely was the best funny and very talented and our server Valeri and her team surprised our kids for there birthday we want to thank you guys and ending our night ❤️

I am very disappointed. The food was not tasty. The service was garbage. The bill was high and they had the nerve to add tip which was way over the 22%. Save your time and money. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Benihana in Niagara Falls is severely overpriced!! You can get Teppanyaki anywhere else (like Hibachi or Prince) for 40% less. Understanding this is a tourist trap so I'll take the blow. But $69 for just chicken is ridiculous. The fried rice and food was delicious though and staff were attentive, so I guess that's what you would expect for the price point.
Israel is a outstanding chef, many tricks and very communicative on the orders. Great food, Great Service, Highly recommended Israel as a chef and the restaurant in general ,will come back again.
