Great atmosphere, great food. We always have a blast playing for ya'll up there.
Big Texas is seriously one of the best bars around. The security here is amazing—they really make sure everyone, especially women, feels safe, which is so important. The live music is always on point, with great bands that keep the vibe going all night. Plus, the staff is super friendly and chill, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether you’re out with friends or just looking for a good time, Big Texas is the place to be. Highly recommend checking it out!
Loved it
Genuinely cannot explain the disappointment. My friends stall got knocked on and she got rushed out of the washroom then proceeded to get kicked out of the establishment. I do not have the words to explain the rudeness that was received the night of Jan 11, 25. My friends got DRAGGED out crying for trying to go to the washroom. Not a chance this place will ever get my money again. The manager just abusing her power and kicking people out for no reason, just sitting on her high horse and controlling whoever she can.
Wow, I cannot begin to express how disappointed I am in this place. Do not go here, ever.
Not a bad place to go to for live music and dancing. Too many young people though.
I recently visited this restaurant with a large party and the service and billing process were extremely disappointing.
First of all when we arrived we waited at the door for 10 minutes because we had a reservation and no hostess came to seat us. we eventually walked around the restaurant and noticed our reservation name on a scrap piece of paper on a table, so we just sat ourselves down.
Once we were handed the menus we noticed the drink menu had no prices listed, which we didn’t think much of until we got the bill. Instead of presenting us with a bill, they simply handed us the debit machine with a total. They also didn’t mention that gratuity had already been added, which we only discovered later (this was on us though for not noticing it on the menu, but a heads-up would’ve been nice).
When we asked for an itemized bill in order to split the total evenly, the waitress gave us a hard time saying they don’t give itemized bills here and she’ll have to ask a manager in order to do that. It took about 20 minutes before we finally got a breakdown And Even then, the bill didn’t list prices for individual items, and was hand written on a piece of paper, not even a bill which felt incredibly sketchy and unprofessional.
the lack of transparency in prices and difficulty in splitting the bill left a bad impression. I’d caution others large groups to double-check everything and be aware of hidden costs before visiting.
Security people are always rude and aggressive.
The Drinks outside are different prices than the drinks inside.
Not a great country bar…
No where great to dance. The band was incredible (as they always are). But I was super disappointed with the lack of dance floor. Warehouse, History, town ballroom is kinda the vibe I was expecting but the venue was really really lame to be honest. Seemed like it was more for a night out than a concert. Tickets were cheap so I can’t complain there. $10 to see Lucas Mason is actually incredible, in Toronto tickets were over $30. VIP entrance was worth it. Unless they have this deal again, I don’t see my coming back for any concerts.

Always a great time! Staff is awesome!
Serena’s the best! She stepped in when a drunk woman was making us uncomfortable, and we really appreciate it. Thank you, Serena <3
