This place has amazing food. The burgers were messy and delicious. I got the pulled pork burger and my man got the brisket burger and his was gone in minutes lol drip down your face amazing food! Mac and cheese was fire! Dan our waiter was on point, he was friendly, efficient, pleasant and definitely did his job well. I hope he's paid good! It's definitely a bit more expensive that I thought but honestly , it's the falls lol water is expensive here. Worth every penny, we will be back! Dan, you rock! Love your hair too ?

Only four tables including ourselves and still took 15 minutes for our server to come over to take our order. Beer was so so but the ribs has a good 1/4 inch of fat on them which was terrible and the parts that wasn't all fat were dry and not enjoyable. I love BBQ but I would never go back here. Bad service and bad food is not a good combo

The food here has potential but sadly the whole experience was soured due to what I can only say was either understaffing, bad management, or both. The staff working was great, there just wasn't enough of them. 2 servers running the whole floor, including manning the door greeting and seating and drinks. We witnessed a few tables leave after being seated but never seen by staff for orders. The biggest impact is food delivery and heat. There is NO communication between the kitchen and front house staff. Food sits cooling in the window, unannounced, for between 5-10 minutes before its picked up by a server. As a result food arrives near room temperature in some cases. Another server or two would make a world of difference especially at the prices charged.

The ribs were inedible and overpriced. Luckily the poutine appetizer was edible although do not recommend the addition of BBQ beef brisket it was mainly fat and gristle. The mac & cheese and fries were cold (first time left uneaten). The waiter left the menus on our table for the entire meal. Definitely would not recommend. Went for a birthday dinner and horriblly disappointed.

Nice restaurant featuring locally distilled alcohol. Food was good, service was ok. Atmosphere is nice. My only complaint was the front door was left open and it was freezing in there. 5 people, $200 no booze. Burgers and fries are good.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access

Came in on Sept 27, 2023 for supper with a co-worker. We were seated by staff and served waters and had our order taken. 15 minutes later our waitress came over and told us that she would not be able to fulfill our order because the kitchen was prioritizing a large party upstairs. Poor management and clearly an unorganized kitchen if you can't serve all your customers. Especially when you are in a high tourist area. Very disappointed. The waitress was kind, she was also upset about the situation and stated she contacted her general manager about the situation. She did offer us vouchers for the next day but we kindly declined due to flying out the next day.

Ate here before and was really looking forward to eat their brisket again. Unfortunately had to leave after waiting at the front to be seated and nobody even approached us after standing there for awhile. Mind you the restaurant wasn’t even busy so we were surprised. The last straw was the 3 workers just passed us by and one just stared at us and walked away. Greatly disappointed.

We were at this restaurant, and the waiter was incredibly rude. We had a party of 7, and when we got the check, the waiter said we had to tip $75 because of our party size. He forced us to tip that amount, and was still incredibly disrespectful towards us. He asked us where we were from, and when we answered he treated us differently. Her name is Tara

However, this place is so busy that they may not have the time to clean their floors and bathroom… I just hope their kitchen’s clean!
5/5 Steph is a baller. Ask for her. Solid food. Great service. Trying to get to 100 characters here but all around highly recommended

Across the walk from the Brewing Company, this fell short of expectations. The service was much slower than we experienced at the Brewing Co. Whiskys were good, but not great. Not a bad stop. Did not eat here, but food looked good.

De helft was koud, teveel sous op de varkens ribs, slechte serves, 2 drankjes besteld samen met eten, het eene drankje kwam 5 minuten later dan de andere, 1 glas was vies. en dan ook nog is de hoofdprijs betalen. Het leek op de buren maar daar was het 10x beter! Geen aanrader!
