My daughter's sweet 16th birthday cake was delicious! The red velvet cake was moist and flavorful.

Communications before was prompt but there was some misunderstanding between us. When I got there to pick up, I was disappointed but the lady quickly offered to fix it and deliver to the restaurant. It turned out beautiful and was delivered right on time as promised. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I got the cherry cheesecake - it was frozen in the centre and had cool whip all over it. Not what I expected from this place, especially given the other reviews. It tastes like a grocery store cake and definitely isn’t worth the price.

We ordered some cupcakes for donors as a thank you gifts over the holidays. Bittersweet Symphony and their team did an incredible job with customer service and the cupcakes. The donors loved them.
We will be working with them again. Highly recommend

Ohk, so I just wanted to say how amazing my Christmas order turned out! I ordered 35 macarons and cake pops for the staff, all Santa themed, and everyone absolutely loved it! I have been a fan for a while now , everything taste great until when I purchased a slice of your log cake, It was such a disappointment, nothing like I imagined, the sponge cake was dry ,heavy ,not fluffy at all, the butter cream was too sweet , over all it tastes cheap, like the ones you can purchase at No Frills, good thing I didn't order the whole cake as I was planning to, please make some adjustments, how come it doesn't take light and heavenly like the strawberry shortcake ? I still give you 5 stars because I mean well, not to bring you down

I ordered via whatsapp, 3 days in advanced the person who took the order asked me about my cake preference and any message. To my surprise when I called the same day before picking up they couldn't find my order or which cake i requested i had to repeat my order, then when finally picked up, the cake wasn't ready with the message and it looked different than the posted picture on their website. Not too sure if i would order here again. Cake tasted ok, however the experience of ordering online and by phone wasn't pleasant, overprice too.
