Very disappointed, went in for a tres leches cake, although the cake was ok the fruit toppings they put on top were a joke, they cut the strawberries but left the green leaves on it and they were very hard and sour, and the blueberries they also used were also not good. If youâre going to charge $60 for a 8inch cake it should be perfect

They are always so friendly. I have been there quite a few times and I'm always greeted with a smile and the staff is always eager to help, I love their baked goodies. Their cheesecake is out of this world, brought my children for cake decorating. They had a blast!, and the cakes were so good. Everything was fresh,

The kids had a blast at the cake decorating event! It was a fun drop-off event for kids. They got to build and decorate a cake (and take it home). Both our kids had a great time and already talked about going back for the next event. Great for ages 5-12.

We recently ordered a birthday cake from Bittersweet Symphony and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The ordering process was incredibly easy. Communication was simple and smooth, with quick responses to any questions I had.
Delivery was effortless. The cake arrive perfectly packaged, and looked even better. Not only was it beautiful, but it tasted amazing too.
Overall, we're really impressed with the quality and the level of service. We'll definitely be ordering from them again for future celebrations! đđ°

I tried their cupcake - it was fresh and super tasty! I had asked for chocolate topping, and even though they gave me dark chocolate instead, it was still delicious đ.

As a new resident in Niagara, I wasnât sure which bakery to trust for my daughterâs birthday. She requested a strawberry shortcake, and although nothing was close to my house, I found Bittersweet on Google â it had excellent reviews, even though itâs a bit farther away. While the topping wasnât exactly what I expected (thin slices of strawberry on a layer of whipped cream rather than a whole strawberry on top), the taste completely won me over. Honestly, this is the best strawberry shortcake Iâve ever had in the GTA or Niagara region. Highly recommended!
