The strawberry's covered the top of the cake but still a cookie was made for the top with Birthday wishes for my mom ...Amazing ! So Beautiful! and So Delicious ! My daughter's sweet 16th birthday cake was delicious! The red velvet cake was moist and flavorful.

Communications before was prompt but there was some misunderstanding between us. When I got there to pick up, I was disappointed but the lady quickly offered to fix it and deliver to the restaurant. It turned out beautiful and was delivered right on time as promised. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I got the cherry cheesecake - it was frozen in the centre and had cool whip all over it. Not what I expected from this place, especially given the other reviews. It tastes like a grocery store cake and definitely isn’t worth the price.

We ordered some cupcakes for donors as a thank you gifts over the holidays. Bittersweet Symphony and their team did an incredible job with customer service and the cupcakes. The donors loved them.
We will be working with them again. Highly recommend

Ohk, so I just wanted to say how amazing my Christmas order turned out! I ordered 35 macarons and cake pops for the staff, all Santa themed, and everyone absolutely loved it! The presentation was adorable, and the flavors were on point. It really brought some festive cheer.Highly recommend for anyone looking to add a sweet touch to their holiday celebrations!💕

I have been a fan for a while now , everything taste great until when I purchased a slice of your log cake, It was such a disappointment, nothing like I imagined, the sponge cake was dry ,heavy ,not fluffy at all, the butter cream was too sweet , over all it tastes cheap, like the ones you can purchase at No Frills, good thing I didn't order the whole cake as I was planning to, please make some adjustments, how come it doesn't take light and heavenly like the strawberry shortcake ? I still give you 5 stars because I mean well, not to bring you down
