Pals and I enjoyed a night at the Blue Lagoon! Great caring bartender, low prices, wide selection of music hits for everyone, and lots of fun locals. Much better than Sports Beat (a competitor bar) from what I hear.
I moved to niagara Falls in 2007 and this became my watering hole. I learned that the owner was from my country of birth and his son and I became really good friends. We became inseparable for a few years and I would come to his bar VERY frequently ( had a little bit of an alcohol problem back then lol). Long story short, we had a falling out ( over something really stupid, as is usually the case) and I ended up moving away. I recently googled his name and found out he had passed...
It’s such a good bar to be in. You’ll find same faces come everyday, the people share good rapport with each other. Drinks are cheaper, they serve fried foods too. The staff work here pride their job and seem very happy serving. Recommend this place to stop by for a drink
