Very outdated. Needs a major facelift and paint job. Food was bland ..Air was blowing cool air was -6 outside… won’t be back

Very disappointed!!. I was quite excited when i saw the picture of the dish mozza sticks. when I received my order I was really disappointed because it was not crispy but very soft and soggy. when i took the first bite i was shocked because i couldn't find any mozzarella cheese. The inside was completely empty and had no seasoning. it was like plain fried dough. these are the worst mozzarella sticks i have ever had.

Great customer service. Food arrived super fast. And even at my own mistake of not asking for something on the meal, they took back the food and prepared a new dish.
Definitely a go to if you're looking for Boston Pizza in the Niagara area.

Nice location, friendly staff and lots of free parking. Just watch out for the Tim Hortons drive through nearby when maneuvering parking.

I had literal DIRT in my caesar salad. The veggie Pattie was NOT cooked. Spoke to the manager and she laughed the whole thing off.

Triple pepperoni I’ve been having this one all the time in Montreal and Mississauga, but here it was over over salty. When told the waitress she wasn’t ready to accept it. Someone who eats pepperoni knows the meat has more sodium than other meats but this is was pathetic and her attitude as if we owe her was even worst.
The whiskey pizza on gluten free crust was undercooked and the mac and cheese was cold. She took forever to get our order, having a conversation with them was difficult. They were not even approachable. Worst experience ever. I wish I could get my 97$ back. I obviously did not tip them for their super annoying service and cold food. Never visiting Boston Pizza again. They ruined it for me.

Had a great experience at Boston Pizza! The Carbonara Pizza was rich and flavorful, and the Deluxe Pizza was loaded with fresh, delicious toppings. The service was friendly and attentive, making the meal even better. Highly recommend!

This location is pet friendly in their patio area, however, if they could provide a water bow for dogs in this heat warning weather, it would be really helpful.
