Was a pretty sub par experience,
Seems like everything was either an upcharge or a cost to substitute, while service did check up on us a fair amount the non bar side was not busy, the server had a bit of an attitude.

Pricing was high for a Boston pizza. (Niagara effect I guess). I recommend going to chucks road house for a better and cheaper experience.

Out of a few Boston Pizzas this is the worst one I have been too. Mainly it seems they are cheap. Wanted to charge extra for subbing bacon for ham on pizza. No other Boston Pizza has charged us for that same substitution. Then the toppings on the pizza where pretty sparse. To top it off they didn't let us use 2 kids eat free from our card. They only let us use 1. Since the adults orders 1 pizza and shared. Despite it being well over the minimum entree order value split in 2.

I ordered a gluten free pizza, as I often have from Boston Pizza. Upon receiving my pizza I knew it wasn’t correct. We called the restaurant and spoke to the hostess who was adamant it was correct. Upon multiple requests she went and verified with the kitchen. She then stated it was wrong and they would remake it. When my husband went back in to pick it up he emphasized the severity of this as having gluten free is medically necessary due to an autoimmune disorder. There was no offer for a refund or any sort of compensation for this error. Barely an apology. The manager gave the pizza to my husband and hurried away. Staff appeared incompetent and incapable of the customer service required to make this type of situation right.

Worse service I had experience, what happened was, before paying my order I showed the coupon given by the hotel as promo offer, and was told by the casher its only applied if we dine in, so I said ok will just have to dine in instead taking out, I paid my bill with out looking how much i paid thought that he applied the coupon discount, after giving me back my receipt I've ask if he still need my coupon and he told me again I can't used it unless I dine in, so got confused , And asked What do you mean I told you we will? Then you should apply the coupon, they said they cant because it's already paid.. they refused to refund and repurchase the order to apply the discounted price,,is this only resto do not allow to do such things..? Because of emplyee mistakes? Isnt about money its about service and how you treat your customers.. do I not deserve to get an apology ? Rather than be rude and insisting i made it not clear upon ordering?. I spoke with the Manager and say the same thing,.Oh for the record the Manager should know what customer service means.. instead of yelling if I need my order!! Of course I paid for it!!..

Called and ordered take out as I received a coupon from the hotel attached to the Boston Pizza.I mentioned over the phone I would be using the coupon to pay. I ordered additional food to meet the $40 minimum requirement to use the coupon. The server said ok and took my order. Upon picking up my order the person at the front said the coupon is dine in only then the manager Ethan stepped in and I proceeded the explanation and the stop me and said “it doesn’t matter how are you paying” his demeanour was very rude and condescending left the machine on the counter and walked away I had to then wait and someone else was sent to assist me and she sees to have difficulty finding my order. The staff is young and seems to have no costumer service training and have no idea how to diffuse misinformation. This kind of service has no business being attached to a resort

Had an amazing date night. Had Paulette and she was AMAZING. The dining room had two large parties and she made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. Our drink were amazing and her service was impeccable.
