Ok, waited a while to get served, then another 20 before drinks arrived... And another 30-40 before my plate hit the table. Then it was wrong. Totally wrong order. As I was getting up to catch the waitress my actual dinner arrived. Was absolutely odd. We waited quite a while in between, for drinks, our orders and it wasn't even busy. Highly disappointed.

Went there on Sunday with my family. The greeter lady was very rude, food wasn’t the greatest, wings were cold. Probably had em cooked for a long time. Pizza could be cooked better. Server was nice.

Amazing Experience! New management has made a big difference. Portion sizes are huge and quality was great! Being a Niagara Falls resident this will now be our go to Boston Pizza even though we live closer to others, worth the drive!!

Steak was extremely salty and quite chewy. Server took our food away before we were completely finished and he never offered to refill drinks or get us desert. Plus he put his own tip on the check and wouldn't let us change it. Not a very good experience, definitely bottom of the barrel for a Boston Pizza.

What a horrible, horrible experience!!! Party of 8, 6 kids 2 adults, my daughters dish was spaghetti with veggies, the vegetables were rotten, I mean it looked like it was chewed up and spat on the plate, we complained and they sent back more veggies, same thing, all rotten, the manager confirmed that they are all rotten… so why would you serve this to costumers??? 2 dishes had hair in them as well, the manager was completely useless and didn’t have a care in the world. My meal, was suppose to be gluten free as I have a server gluten sensitivity, I had to run to bathroom, throwing up, sweats and shakes, I had to leave the restaurant as I went into flow blown dumping syndrome, I will be taking this further and this is now a health and safety concern.

Chix bourbon pizza is delicious. Thai chicken stripes were amazing too. We received a brownie cake from them as it is my wife’s bday. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

Very understaffed. Took 40min to get our drinks after ordering. The food came before the adult drinks. Kids drinks were empty before their food arrived, we asked for water 3 times. I ended up going back to the room because kids were thirsty. Wife had to sit and wait to pay.
Staff was friendly. however, I wouldn't go back.

This is a sports bar. You should be able to watch sports. The person who controls the tvs was not there so they could not change the channel?! Don't go here if you have a specific game you want to see

I used to come to this location all of the time with my husband, but we moved to Alberta for a few years and recently came back to Ontario and came here again last night and we were absolutely shocked by how much the prices have increased. $12 for onion rings, almost $40 for a large pizza, it's insane. We actually left after being seated because the prices were ridiculous. After apologizing to the server and telling her why we were leaving, she informed us that the prices would be increasing again on November 5th. I won't be returning. Mick and Angelo's down the lane a bit further is much more reasonably priced.
