Had an amazing date night. Had Paulette and she was AMAZING. The dining room had two large parties and she made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. Our drink were amazing and her service was impeccable.

Slow service after seating, just to get a refill on water and pop took 10 minutes but yet got rushed at the end with our bill making us forget that my daughter still wasn't even given her dessert. Also, be aware of this automatic tip of 18% for a table of 6 or more. This is not mandatory!!! Poor service does not deserve 18%, if it were good service they would have gotten 20% without forcing it on the customer. The restaurant was extremely slow (Tuesday lunch) with just a few tables, no excuses. Will not return.

Food quality left a lot to be desired but the convenience of the location and it being so kid friendly are a definite plus. We went in the middle of the week, less busy but that might have influenced what we got as well. I got a thai chicken wrap that was pretty tasteless and the parmesan-alfredo sauce on the kids pasta was an overwhelming, unpleasant taste.

Had the worst experience today, we have been visiting this location since the last 10 years and today’s visit was just terrible. The server came to our table after making us wait for 35 minutes in an empty restaurant. There was literally only one other table with guests but the server just ignored us and treated us so badly. I won’t be ever going to this location again. Boston Pizza, you need to review your staff performance, particularly Sofia; she has no idea what customer service is and how to treat guests in a restaurant. Extremely rude person who is diminishing your brand value with her behaviour. I could go on and on about all the things that happened but wanna keep this review short. Please send Sofia to a behaviour management and customer service management course, it will really help your brand and this particular location if you plan on improving. We spent over $70 and had the worst experience ever, I took my senior parents (over 75) here for Father’s Day lunch and had to deal with this nonsense.

Ok, waited a while to get served, then another 20 before drinks arrived... And another 30-40 before my plate hit the table. Then it was wrong. Totally wrong order. As I was getting up to catch the waitress my actual dinner arrived. Was absolutely odd. We waited quite a while in between, for drinks, our orders and it wasn't even busy. Highly disappointed.

Went there on Sunday with my family. The greeter lady was very rude, food wasn’t the greatest, wings were cold. Probably had em cooked for a long time. Pizza could be cooked better. Server was nice.

Great service whenever we stay at the Americana. $10 off coupon was included with our recent stay. 5 stars. Food always tastes great, hot and fresh. Utensils included. Great staff at the front counter, shout out to the gentleman who served me tonight. Thanks!

Amazing Experience! New management has made a big difference. Portion sizes are huge and quality was great! Being a Niagara Falls resident this will now be our go to Boston Pizza even though we live closer to others, worth the drive!!

Steak was extremely salty and quite chewy. Server took our food away before we were completely finished and he never offered to refill drinks or get us desert. Plus he put his own tip on the check and wouldn't let us change it. Not a very good experience, definitely bottom of the barrel for a Boston Pizza.

Love having the option to eat without leaving the building. The $15 adult lunch is such a great deal, and it’s a very generous serving of the main, sides, and drinks. The servers are very family friendly.
