We enjoyed dinner here two nights in a row while staying at the Americana. This Boston Pizza is a busy place due to being connected with the waterpark as many young families tend to eat around the same time based on the activity schedule with Americana. A bit of planning ahead makes the experience less frustrating than what others have described.

Food was good but I found the environment not as lively as at other locations. Some gloominess was there inspite of the fact that it was Christmas. Anyways, service was good even though there was some confusion with the order. Food was definitely the plus point. Enjoyed every bit of it. Boston Pizza is one of my kid's favorite place to go so will obviously keep going.
