We had Sydney tonight as our server and I must say, she was so amazing! She was so attentive, provided excellent service, and gave us such great recommendations on what to do during our holiday in Niagara! We will definitely make sure to come back to BP Clifton Hill before we go home, and hopefully get Sydney as our server again!

Ever heard the old saying? "never judge a book by its cover"
I started my career in the food industry at Marineland in 2006. In 2008 I began my career as a cashier/cook/sandwich maker for Wendy's on clifton hill (hoco). Since then I've worked my way up. When I went in with my family I was seated at a booth not far from the Front door and midway. Watched my server walk back and forth. She looked lost, didn't want to pay attention to "casual" tables (like us).Got our apps and my sons meal first then drinks. Then about 25/30 mins went by got our food. Asked for takeout waited for well over 20 mins. For that.
I don't normally review restaurants in such a bad manner. As to myself being in the hospitality industry. Friday night I know it's busy. But based on business and staffing your short staffed. Customers should never be involved in that. Maybe hiring more staff, scheduling better, training staff properly wouldn't have such bad service. I watched her concentrate on tables that looked "business" dressed up. I worked today and wanted to go out for dinner. Was still in my work clothes. 18 years in this industry and this was the worst.
I tip because I know servers have to tip out. But I will never tip on service like that.

Maybe your staff should watch dhar man videos for training.

I was at this location on 27 november. We oreded 2 pizzas , the waiter misunderstood for 3. she bought 3 pizzas. i told her we ordered only 2 . She asked if we need a takeout box. the waiter behind her rolled eyes on us like we are cheap. She said dnt worry and we ate all thinkng she will not charge for 3. She charged us for replacement of topping extra, as we had 2 topping on vegetarian pizza, but got charged for 4. The worse is next day the manager whom i called is explaining me that because we ate all , so thts fine. We ate because server said dont worry. He offered me 20$ gift card. But after this discrimination of rolling eyes , we will not go for Boston pizza. i work for Swiss Chalet as Manager for 5 years now. I can say if complaints that waiter messed her order, we do our best to make our mistakes right. I only asked my 20$ back not gift card but my debit card. Boston! hire better staff.

Delicious!! Omg I went there not long ago with a few friends and I got one of the baguette sandwiches, I think it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! The bread was soft but not soggy, condiments and sauces were perfect, I literally could not stop eating it.
Desserts are also really really good, truly recommend this place to go with friends or family, very welcoming atmosphere!
It was a bit hard to get the waiters, but nothing terrible, the place was packed anyways so it was understandable!
