It was my first time visiting Niagara Falls and I went with my boyfriend and a few friends. After a full day of sightseeing and activities, we were all starving and decided to stop by Boston Pizza. It turned out to be a great choice!
The pizza was delicious, flavorful, well-cooked and served hot. I just wish they offered more extra spicy dips or sauces because I personally love a bit of heat but aside from that, everything tasted really good. The portion sizes were also generous and perfect for sharing after a long day out.
Our server, John, was absolutely amazing. He was very attentive and checked on us several times throughout the meal to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His friendly and professional attitude really stood out and made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
The atmosphere was also really nice and lively but still cozy enough to relax and chat. It’s a great spot for hanging out with friends, couples or even families. We noticed they also have a bowling area which looked fun! If we weren’t so tired, we definitely would’ve stayed longer to try it out.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Boston Pizza. Great food, friendly staff, and a nice environment. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls and looking for a good place to eat and unwind.

Just came in tonight and the food was fine and the atmosphere was ok, but it has one of the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. We waited for a long time for the bill and asked several servers to come help us, but they told us only our server can get the bill for us while giving us an attitude. Also, we called on several servers to get us refills and our missing utensils, but none helped us at all. Me and my family weren’t rude or anything, and we tolerate bad service all the time because we understand servers are sometimes tired, busy, and underpaid. This is my first timer ever reviewing a restaurant for bad service, and that is saying something because we would just shruf it off most of the time. WILL NEVER COME AGAIN!!
