I wish I could give zero. The servers are mad because you showed up to order. Extra money for hot water, the coffee was so sweet it was impossible to drink.

The way the staff spoke to me was not rude but not nice and I felt a bit awkward. A bagel sandwich and cafe latte tasted
better than I expected for my quick breakfast

I don’t know if it’s because my English is bad or my aunt’s ears are bad, but I specifically said the iced latte was “sugar-free”, but what I received was a hot latte that was so sweet...I’m speechless!

I was skeptical to go to this cafe after seeing poor reviews but I still decided to give it a shot. The middle aged employee named Shounya/Shonya took my order incorrectly and when I asked her if she can get it replaced, she gave me a face saying “The item you are asking isn’t there on your bill. So you have to pay the full amount for the item”. Like seriously? Pathetic customer service and crass behaviour by the employee.

really disappointing matcha, sweet and syrupy

I honestly don't understand such low reviews. Guys were super sweet, coffee was perfect. You can get sugar and sleeves for hot drinks on your own. Price was great, I'd say slightly cheaper than any Starbucks. Pastry was tasty.

My partner thought the cheese was going to be in the cheese croissant but it was on top. Still good and would do again.

The cinnamon roll was very good. Exactly what I thought it would be.

Beyond bad

The French vanilla wasn't so good way to sweet.. but that handwriting is BEAUTIFUL!!!

Rude attitude. Worst employees I ever seen. White lady mid age. I came at 9pm, she told we already closed. I only asked is there other places to get coffee? She told me yes keep walking. After proceeded in my way. I saw them from distance laughing and repeating the story.
