Terrible service. Today the chubby lady who works there hit my chair with her butt, and I spilled my drink on the floor. Instead of offering me a new one, she just threw me an angry look. (There are already plenty of reviews about her bad service.)

Pay 50¢ more for a “real” cup, or enjoy this flimsy origami project that can’t even stand straight.

Coffee is good but the cups are absolute trash. If I knew I would not have bought coffee from here

Average coffee. But they serve it in the worst made paper cups imaginable.

I would advise against making a purchase, and I suggest not being swayed by the appearance or location.

My experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a chai latte, and unfortunately, what I received was essentially a cup of hot milk with a tea bag, which was not what I expected. Having tried chai lattes in various establishments, I have never encountered one prepared in this manner, and it was quite unpleasant. When I brought this to their attention, mentioning that I had never experienced a latte like it before, they seemed hesitant. I reiterated that it was essentially just milk, and for the price I paid, this was not acceptable. Consequently, I requested a cafe latte instead.

However, it was even worse, and excessively hot. Even with a considerable amount of sugar, it was still not enjoyable.

The customer service was also quite unsatisfactory.

We had a very disappointing experience, both the service and the quality were poor.

My coffee was extremely hot and had a burnt taste. I tried to give it a chance, thinking it might get better once it cooled down, but it didn’t. It was just a bad cup of coffee.

My friend ordered an iced coffee with no sugar, but it came out overly sweet. When she went back to kindly explain that she didn’t ask for sugar, one of the staff members seemed annoyed by the request and didn’t handle it well. It honestly felt like they just handed her a pre-made coffee that was sitting around.

Overall, not recommended.

Stopped by for a quick coffee and some snacks after visiting Behind the Falls. Despite some negative reviews, my experience was fine. It’s a busy spot, but the staff seemed to do their best to manage the crowd. We picked up a butter chicken sandwich, banana bread, and a couple of iced lattes. While it may not be the best in town, it was a decent experience overall.

Shittiest coffee and customer service ever. A 2 year old can make better drinks than this. I ordered iced latte and iced matcha- I was served two cups of sweet milk. They literally use matcha flavoring syrup for their iced drinks. 2 drinks were 14$ - literal waste of money!!!!! Plus the cashier was so rude- I greeted her and said hi and in a taunting and irritated voice she said don’t u wanna order.

Sooo bad taste. I spent $15.17 bought a mango cream puff, it tasted awful, too sweet and the bread tastes as if it has been left for several days. It's not worth the price at all. A bad taste puff even more expensive than a sandwich…… Do not come…

Very bad customer service. We were served by Kashish but all the workers acted as they did not want to be there or as they wanted anyone there. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going back.

The staff at the Brew were kind enough to hop over to the ice cream station to help us out on a rainy, miserable Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. Despite the weather, we wanted to enjoy a sweet treat and the kind gentleman that helped us was very personable and professional. I wish I had caught his name - but he was the best! Shout out to you, our ice creams rocked despite being soaked from the rain!

Slow and poor food. Good coffe. Went there first thing in the morning. A simple black tea and latte with two cakes took them over 15 minutes to serve. Cakes tasted like the had been made two days earlier and people got their orders before us to arrived way after us.

Would it be quicker if all 4 people prepared the drinks rather than one person taking all the orders and stack them up?
