The restaurant atmosphere is nice, the service was less so. After taking our order the waiter said he'd be right back with bread, which we never got. He was also not available for taking additional drink orders etc. Maybe the reason was that we were there late, just an hour or so before they closed and the staff was busy setting up tables for breakfast. But may that can also wait; after all actually present customers seem less valued than potential future customers. The food (salads) were ruined by an excessive amount of vinegar. We suffered from the acidicity for much of the evening. Given the many options in Niagara Falls, we surely won't dine here again. The Japanese restaurant (Yukiguni) across the street, for instance, is highly recommended.

Our server Lise was very friendly and attentive. Our steaks were cooked perfectly to order and vegetables were a perfect tender crisp.

The steak dishes were great. Lamb shank was also delicious. Onion soup was tasty. Calamari was over cooked. We had great service.

We stayed at the Doubletree Hotel and had dinner, cocktails and breakfast there during our stay. The T-bone steak was perfectly grilled and the mushrooms were delicious on the side. The Niagara wines were very good. The staff was superb. Amy, the hostess, Julia the bartender, and our servers, Carla and Maria, were all outstanding and made us feel very welcomed during our stay. Highly recommend eating and drinking here.

Great dining experience. Good selection of beverages and menu. The calamari didn't contain fillers. Everyone enjoyed their meals especially the pickerel and the lamb shank.

We took my husband here for Father's Day and had a wonderful evening. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and our waitress was fantastic—so friendly and attentive. It was our first visit and we were all really impressed. We'll definitely be back!"

Very nice underrated spot for dinner. The piano player was wonderful, the atmosphere was nice. Very good steak and vegetables and Shayla was an excellent server. Would highly recommend for locals!

Service was good, food tasted great. Location was in walking distance to a concert we were attending. Servers friendly Price was very reasonable for a tourist destination. We tried the lobster and shrimp dip for our appetizer and love it. We were a group of 4 adults and we all loved our main courses. I would go back and eat there again if the opportunity arises.

The service was very friendly and on point. My salmon meal was delicious, however, my husband ordered the Philly steak was lukewarm warm.

Our waiter was the best! Great recommendations on food and wine. The food was delicious. Creative and well presented. While some might hesitate to dine here because it is a hotel restaurant, we found it to be a great price choice in Niagara Falls....right between low level chains (like TGI Fridays and pizzerias) and extremely high priced "famous" steakhouses.

Really good food. The price wasn't at all bad.

My only real complaint is that the Ahi tuna didn't have enough flavour. Wish it had more sauce.

The Alfredo sauce was insanely good.

Overall a very enjoyable dinner. The food was very flavorful and worth the money. Our server was very friendly and accommodating as we were in no hurry to eat...we didn't feel rushed either. We will definitely be returning customers.
