The food was not good and the owner didn't have good manners. We were almost done with our food and he came to our table and rushed us out. I won't recommend going to this place.

Ordered: Cheese burger - lacked flavor, fries soaked in oil Juicy Lucy on fire - a single jalapeño appeared after all hope was lost Chicken tenders - kids were grateful tenders tasted better than the oil drenched fries Funnel cake - ice cream had freezer burn Staff - very cautiously handed out condiments and the cheapest, plastic cutlery. They acted surprised I wanted clean cutlery when I pointed out the grime. Bottom line: visit at your own risk. I wouldn't.

Tried the cheesy Lucy, should be called the dry Diana. Would have returned it if not take out. Wife really liked her crispy chicken with rings and would get that again. Rating reflects the meals combined.

I went to Burguer Factory on November 2024 and looking at the memories, I remember that I forgot to post a review, so I will do now. The taste of the burguer was amazing, plus the people were very nice with me and my family. It’s near by the Niagara Falls, I would definitely would love to visit them again.
