I had such a great experience at the Burger King in Fallsview Casino thanks to Manveer the manager and Raman! They were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Their customer service was truly outstanding!!! The kind that makes you feel appreciated as a customer.
Both of them are an amazing representation of the company and a real asset to the Burger King brand. It’s refreshing to see staff who genuinely care about their work and the people they serve.

“I retract my review about Burger King on Lundy's Lane in Niagara falls Ontario Canada! It used to be fantastic but know absolutely the worst food service and atmosphere I've ever had!! I have eaten there for 20 years ! Got my Whopper had 2 bites and pulled the lingers black hair you've ever seen!! Call and they wanted me to take a picture of it ! I said there was nothing the would do ! So I don't need to tell you why because when u go you see that the staff just doesn't care about the customer. I'll never eat there and orat probably BK. Again . This is a true story folks . The fast food industry has declined everywhere,,! ESPECIALLY HERE!!!!“
“I had a fantastic experience at this Burger King location and felt it deserved a detailed five-star review. From the moment I arrived, the restaurant was clean, well organized, and welcoming. The dining area and counters were spotless, and the overall atmosphere made it comfortable to enjoy a meal, whether dining in or using the drive-thru.
The staff were exceptional. They were friendly, polite, and professional throughout my visit. My order was taken efficiently, and the team made sure everything was accurate before I left. Even during a busy period, they stayed calm, attentive, and courteous, which made the experience feel smooth and enjoyable.
The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. My burger was cooked perfectly, assembled neatly, and had fresh toppings. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the drink was served at the right temperature. You could tell the team takes pride in preparing food properly, even during peak hours.
What really stood out was the overall service. The staff made eye contact, smiled, and genuinely thanked me for my visit. Little details like that go a long way in creating a positive experience and making customers feel valued.
