I am currently writing this on the toilet. i had a whopper for the first and last time. it gave me food poisoning and ive started pooing all over. i hate whoever made the food. hey, i may just have a weak stomach but i really think its the food.

I just ordered food for my family from this Burger King location, and honestly, the food being overcooked wasn’t even the biggest problem — that’s almost expected on a busy day. What really stood out was the staff’s attitude, especially one Indian male employee who was beyond rude and arrogant. He couldn’t care less about customer service and didn’t even bother acknowledging my complaint. To top it off, he refused to disclose his name even after I asked several times — clearly accountability isn’t on the menu here.

If this is the level of professionalism Burger King stands by, then congratulations — you’ve turned customer disappointment into an art form. Fill up all the orders you want, it won’t make up for the burnt food or the burnt-out manners. Best of bad luck running a place like this!

Extra sauce for 55 cents? Really? Not shocked the place is literally empty during the rush hour. Food was decent. But hard pass next time on Niagara Falls.

Ordered two Original chicken sandwiches Sep 11 2025 at 1011pm.
Awful. Awful.
One bite. Threw it away.
Mayo bad. Or cooked in fish oil.
Never again.

Wanted to charge me for a CUP OF TAP WATER. Sad.

We were a big group, we had a problem with the order. The night manager/supervisor was great in acknowledging the issue and fixing it.

Foods pretty fresh. Staff are pretty quick, dining area feels a bit more like a mall food court than a restaurant feel. Breakfast just forget about, they open at 9 am which is a stupid time to open, and they only serve it till 10:30 am.

I used to work here decades ago. We'd open for breakfast at 4 am to 11 am

Burgers here just was okay, but I do like the boys working here. They’re all very nice and accommodating.
