I have eaten BK in at least 20-30 places if not more, but this location by far was the best experience. DBL Whopper and fries were piping hot, fresh from the grill and fryer. They usually fail with the refills but not this location, right amount of CO2 in it. Hats off to the staff..

I frequently go to burger king with my son. We go to 3 different locations depending on the area and we never had an issue until today. Welland ave st catherines we were told they didnt need our coupon same eith fairviewall... I have been told I don't need the coupon because it's the same codes all the time and this location normally never asks me for the coupon ever either for years! I always say the code and they take it. They never ask me for the coupon and today they wouldn't give the discount. They said management wants the coupons. We won't be back to this location due to bad customer service. Also it was ridiculously smokey in here. I don't find it that way anywhere else we go.

My favourite place to get my vegan whopper burger. I didn’t have to say what I need the staff knows right away what I’m getting. Very friendly staff easy going and friendly. It’s always my pleasure to go and get my whopper allways fresh. Your vegan you should visit, you won’t regret it.
