Great food and service in an informal setting. Had the Nashville chicken sandwich. It had a moderate heat factor but it did not overwhelm the taste of the chicken. Chicken was tender and juicy with a flavorful crispy coating. The owner was kind and checked on our experience. Can't ask for much more.

Such a warm and welcoming family-run convenience store and restaurant with everything you could want. We got the fish and chips which are a fantastic value—huge portions and full of flavour. The whole family is incredibly kind. The service alone is worth returning for, and the food is just the bonus.

The family that are running this place are the kindest, nicest, most attentive people! We came based off of a social media recommendation and we were even more pleased with it than we thought we would be. They came over multiple times to see if we needed anything. My daughter and her husband were married yesterday so they gave them a couple of extras. They were just all so nice and the food was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend this place. You leave feeling like family. I wish them all of the success that they deserve!

WOW! What an incredible dining experience! We stumbled upon this Dinner on Portage Road in Niagara Falls while visiting from both the US and Canadian sides, and it was, without a doubt, the highlight of our trip! Despite a small wait, which was well worth it, the food was incredibly delicious.. my girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our meals after long travel. We had the fish and chips, perfectly cooked and very flavorful, and even Diesel, our discerning canine companion, thoroughly enjoyed a few french fries, which is a high compliment from him! The owner's humble and courteous nature truly enhanced our experience. Despite a busy establishment, his apology for the wait was genuine and appreciated. We highly recommend 2 Nine Five - House Artisan Chicken for anyone seeking exceptional food and warm hospitality on their way in/out of the border sides or anyone locally visiting the area. Will drop by this cozy restaurant again in case we tour Niagara or Fort Erie in future bcs such tasty & crispy BBQ chicken burger, Fish & Chips and garlic parmesan cheese fries.
Moreover the owner Harmeet is so friendly & kind to treat us during today dinner. Won't forget they open 7 days a week.

Nice little family owned business. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I don't normally eat in, but I felt warm and welcome so I stayed and ate. They were very attentive and kind. I tried the Nashville chicken burger and it was delicious 😋 This was the second time I've been there and I would definitely go back.

Went to2NineFive for lunch. The food was great! I got the Yang Nyum chicken sandwich with fries, it was huge! There was just the right amount of heat for me. The owner came over to ensure everything was to our liking, very impressed. We will definitely be back.

We had a craving for classic fish and chips at lunchtime and stumbled on the perfect spot. Visiting from another country, we couldn’t have been happier with what we found.

The fish was coated in a delicious crispy batter that cracked with every bite, revealing tender, flaky meat inside. Freshly made and piping hot, it hit all the right notes of comfort and quality.

We also tried the chicken burger which was delicious and the portions were great. The fries that came with each set were equally impressive, being lightly seasoned, wonderfully crisp, and delicious enough to stand on their own.

The staff were also very friendly and kind. We’re so happy to have found this spot and highly recommend trying out the food here.
