Omg. The prices are insane. We spent 75 bucks for a few wraps and drinks. I could make this meal at home for 5 bucks. Staff was coughing everywhere

Top place after a visit at the butterfly and the Rose Garden. This was a great quality-of-experience for us

Food is terrible. Orderd a Mac and cheese and it was probably the worst I've ever had in my life. You can tell it's just a pre made frozen mac and cheese they just threw in the microwave. Considering it was served to me in a disposable microwave tray. It was dry and tasteless. I expected better than that considering the price was unbelievable. Other than that, service took forever (although it was very busy) the atmosphere in general was nice though. Wouldn't eat here again.

Albeit a pretty standard cafe, their service was very accomodating and amicable, making the experience quite memorable. I had a chicken wrap and it was definitely a bit smaller than I had expected, but it tasted great, and did the job. They’ve got a small menu but there’s definitely something there for everyone.

Place was supposed to open at 10:30am according to Google. Lady working was in there, saw us waiting and just ignored us. We were there at 10:42am

Bad experience, went there at 5:10pm and was told they’re only selling drinks now, no food (they’re closing in 50 minutes). The food was literally staring at me on the shelves. I left hungry.
Very chaotic. This space, I believe, was designed to be a simple coffee shop. They try to offer lots of options and end up with chaos. We ordered 2 gluten free sandwiches, a chicken salad and 2 kids hot dogs. Waited about 40 minutes to get part of the order. Kids started to eat and the hot dogs were cold. Went in to address it and the manager assured us it would be corrected. She then started orders and handing out other hotdogs before even starting our replacements. In total it took over an hour to get edible food. The only corrective action was free ice cream treats for the kids.

Ordered the Mac and cheese kids meal and asked for an extra paper container so that the kids can shared, but the not so friendly attendent said it will cost 50 cents. Just paid over 50 dollars for two sandwiches and a kids meal and couldn't get an extra paper bowl, how rude.

Ordered a gluten free sandwich for my daughter without condiments. I initially received it on a regular roll. They had not rang it up correctly, but the staff was offended when I told her my daughter had an allergy. I received the sandwich on a gluten free bun, with everything on it and when I informed her that it was to be plain, she said it didn’t say plain. When I showed the receipt with that actually correctly on it, she walked away and muttered some kind of curse to another staff and told them to deal with me. I’m appalled at how I was treated here.

Look...you're in a tourist area, if you want Mcdonalds pricing....go to McDonalds. This place had tasty sandwiches for tourist food prices (which, in USD really isn't all that bad anyway).
We were very happy with the food selection, and a kids menu is good as well. We even went back in for ice cream.
Also, they deserve a bravo for handling tour groups well. While we were eating, a tour group of 30-40 people came in, and they made a dedicated line for the group, and kept another line open for everyone not in the group. Very considerate to allow the rest of us to get things ordered.
