Called and ordered at 2:30, arrived on time, was told pizza would take another hour and 15, absolutely embarrassing for an establishment that has been in business for a while. Lady on the phone showed that you guys cannot handle a large amount of customers and your greed caused multiple familes to go without dinner for your chance at another dollar. Will not be returning alongside other patrons. Please respond professionally. Customers appreciate the service that is paid for. And taking to many orders that you cannot handle is quite terrible business practice.

Best pizza I’ve had in Niagara so far.

Carmine's has the best pizza around...period!!! Their dough and crust is just the right thickness, not too thick, not too thin. Cheese is tasty, not greasy. Pepperoni is always great and their homemade sauce is delicious, with always the right amount. This is the only pizza place where I don't have to ask for extra sauce or to have it well done. It's always cooked perfectly.
The best part is that it is actually owned by Carmine! He's a very nice man, and his staff is awesome too. Since I started going there, I don't go anywhere else for pizza. Try them and you'll be hooked, guaranteed.

The lady that answered the phone was very clear and pleasant, I appreciate that. ? I didn't have to repeat myself.
Now the pizza was fkn awesome, cooked perfectly, and had a great amount of toppings. My kid is not crazy about pizza but told me it was really good.
I'm not a person to get wings for takeaway, but I did. The Cajun dry rub wings are amazing. There were no leftovers ?
Do yourself a favor and try Carmine's pizza. Your tastebuds will thank you.

We’ve been ordering from carmines for a few years now but this is the second time since they moved to their new home. The pizza is even better than before. Nice crisp to the bottom of the crust and the wings were perfectly saucy and good size.
