We=as staying in a hotel nearby and decided to try this out, but unfortunately the staff member couldn't be bothered to help customers, and unfortunately they take everything away from you and force you to seek an associate for help. After waiting over 5 minutes we decided to go elsewhere. More training in customer service is needed, you are delivering an experience with your product, let your customer experience it.

Good frozen yogurt place at Niagara. Many flavors to choose from but half the cup is already around $8 without toppings so it's quite expensive compared to normal places. We got 2 cups and came up to around $30CAD with toppings.
Parking: Limited to a parking garage
Kid-friendliness: Many kid flavourful options and toppings

Good but not 2cups of yogurt for 48$ good. Then asked for 2 bottles of water (though the $48 included the water) but nope employee couldn’t hear me ask for the water because they had their air pods in.Maybe when your service people don’t have AirPods in. Had to pay for water separately. Yikes
The kids always enjoy doctoring up their dessert to their liking but be prepared to leave many dollars lighter. The cost adds up quickly and it is definitely overpriced.
It was delicious!)
4 of us, 42 bucks . I didnt know it was yogurt untill told, thought was ice cream, didnt like yogurt at first, a little dear but good if you do not take a lot. reconmend to everyone. big thumbs up!!
I am very disappointed with their revised recipe for their soft-serve yoghurt. I was here 3 years ago, and the yogurt was soft, smooth and creamy; just scrumptious. It was as if it was soft-serve ice cream. Now, their yogurt has the texture of ice crystals, and your teeth feel like you are crunching ice. The toppings were pleasing as my last visit, but, I would like to know when they changed their recipe. I guess that this product quality revision is due to cost.
Service is good. But…The taste is just awful. I can literally taste tap water from the mango flavor. Strawberry flavor tastes like just syrup. Pistachios flavor tastes nothing like it. We also had chocolate flavor, which tastes just as funky as the rest. When I asked for a sample, the service lady told me one flavor only. Instead of just hand me the cup, she literally asked which flavor and filled it for me. I will need someone to tell me that one small sample cup filled with yogurt costs more than 15 cents to understand this practice. Did they enforce this policy because some guest once filled one sample cup with multiple batches of yogurt? I always go to ice cream shops and ask for samples, and never observed such practice. I gotta say it was kinda funny. Two half cups with no toppings ended up being $20.I was really craving for frozen yogurt, but now I wish this place did not existed. If you are struggling with the business, maybe think about working on your service and taste? I understand this is a pricy area, but at least you can make the shop less like a pure scam?
Great froyo with an assortment of toppings. Just go for it!
Expensive but tasty.

Very tasty ice cream flavors with great toppings. But it's not cheap here, but the staff knows that. Top opening times until evening.
My favorite place for dessert ❤️ Friendly staff.
The staff working at this location after 9 PM are literal Saints. Having to deal with the inebriated people wandering in after a night of drinking must be a huge challenge for the employees. We arrived very close to closing and were treated very well, served promptly, and enjoyed a very tasty yoghurt cup. The price seems a little high but given its location on the strip that is understandable.
I won't argue with the pricing, it's a touristic area. But the experience I had past sunday evening was unaccceptable.I asked the employee for a glass of water in an emergency since my teeth started giving me trouble, he replied that he can sell me a bottle of water but not give me a glass of tap water.I'm not the usual entitled karen kind of person but water is supposed to be a natural human right, and I never ever in my life and across 5 continents got denied a glass of water after asking kindly. I just paid for an overpriced ice cream, I expect the minimum of service. The employee told me that he's following policy, if that's the case, his superior is to blame, but anyway, what kind of policy is that?
I get the high mark up pricing, being in a tourist-driven area, but $12 for barely half a cup is daylight robbery!
