it’s very unfortunate, it was so exciting to be here a few years back , unlimited toppings, completely self serve … but now there is an employee in there putting the toppings on for you, to limit how much you use.. i asked for brownies and the dude put one single tiny piece of brownie on there lol xD.. its clearly to cut costs, but there’s probably better options then to entirely change the concept of the store ..

Not the same as we remembered it. We went for the first time in years after my daughter’s graduation. She was super excited…unfortunately our experience was so far below our expectations. When we arrived there was a young lady working behind the counter. She seemed somewhat annoyed that we had disturbed her and didn’t offer a greeting of any kind. Once we had our bowls ready to be garnished we approached the counter. It seemed like we were forcing her from her leaning post. I couldn’t believe she had an AirPod in her ear?? Anyways, the location hadn’t evolved out of Covid measures, and the excessive sneeze guards made it very difficult to effectively communicate. The employee rushed through the toppings and there was no communication as to the amount. To be fair there are numerous toppings to choose from but the tiny cards are hard to read under pressure. All 4 of us were disappointed with the amount of toppings but didn’t want to inconvenience the employee more than we already seemed to. Bottom line, we will not be back. I’d much rather spend my $45 somewhere that appreciates my business. 2 thumbs waaaay down!! So disappointed!

The kids love it, although it's a bit overpriced for my budget. But they really enjoy the concept and idea. I suppose it's like the upscale version of mixing Slurpees from 7/11 back in the day!

Have only been twice to this place and not going back. Both times the service was terrible. Like others have said, the workers hide in the back as long as they can and then make it seem like it's the worst thing ever to serve you. Really nice when you have a 6 year old with you who is super excited about getting a treat. The frozen yogurt is very artificial tasting. I'm willing to bet it's not even dairy. I would rather drive to another city to go to Yogen Früz than return here.

We had to call out to get workers attention after waiting around for a few minutes. Seating was a bit random and there was a spotlight blinking. Just okay for the price -- I would suggest trying Thai rolled ice cream down the road instead.

Very sweet older gentleman was serving us. Great guy amazing service and one of the only fro yo places left.
Amazing service!! We were here May 7 at 12pm. The young man working this shift was magnificent!! There was a little bit of a rush and he held it with ease. So pleasant, and if he was working under pressure it didn't fathom him. We need more people like him.

If this wasn't the only place of its kind I would not go back based solely on the service. The gentlemen working there always seem put out by entering customers. They are usually sitting in the back of the store and take their time to come out. Sometimes so long that entering customers turn to those sitting in to ask if anyone is working. My next big issue is that even though this business advertises that you pay by the weight of your yogourt and toppings and can dress your bowl with whatever toppings you'd like I have been refused extra toppings on every single visit. I only eat the fresh fruit so use only that as topping. I am told I cannot have the quantity I WANT I can have two scoops only. When I see other people having four and five scoops of candy or other toppings and question why the response is I don't want to prepare more fruit. Very unimpressed...
