I drove all the way here are you aren't open. If you close at 8 you should say that. Waste of time and gas. Food is great but the service here sucks.

They always have the best jerk chicken. Amazing portion size for the price you pay, unlike other places in Niagara with their small plates. The chicken is always fall off the bone and tender. Best sauce and flavor. They ars always fast and have my order ready. Best place in Niagara for jerk do not miss it. Love it here

Super disappointed. I don’t live in the falls but thought I’d give this place a try while visiting. First the service was okay, but found it very rude that another guy who ordered the same food as I did, after me, was served his food first. I ordered oxtail, Rice and peas and coleslaw and it was awful. It wasn’t even close to being cooked through and there was no flavour. There was also no beans, carrot or Irish in the stew. I also ordered the stew chicken and again very bland and no carrot with undercooked irish. Extremely disappointing and I would never eat here again.

The food here is amazing and the owners are professional! We usually order jerk chicken/fried chicken/oxtail and we are always impressed!! The owner handles customer issues in a timely and professional manner. We highly recommend eating here.

Very friendly service which is appreciated. Jerk chicken was good, but everything else was flavourless (rice and coleslaw). No idea what happened, but every time it has been like this.

Im sorry but the oxtail was not soft and there was nothing in the gravy. Not a carrot, bean, Irish, nothing? Coleslaw tasteless, rice nope. I have to wonder if Jamaicans cooked this. How disappointed because I read good reviews.

My review is a bit late. Absolutely disgusting food!! I have no idea what these people think Jamaican seasoning is, but it tasted like plain salt dumped on meat and boiled in ketchup. For a Jamaican restaurant, that’s embarrassing.
My husband and I tried to order jerk pork one day last week—nope, they “didn’t have it.” Fine, so we ordered oxtail and jerk chicken instead. Big mistake. The food that showed up looked like the sad, watered-down knockoff cousins of real oxtail and jerk chicken.
To make it worse, the cashier never bothered to mention that for our $15 and $18 plates, there would be no vegetables/side at all. Only after we opened the boxes did she suddenly admit, “We don’t even have carrots to make vegetables—we’re almost closed.” Excuse me?? If we hadn’t opened the food, she clearly wouldn’t have said a word.
At first, we decided to let the missing side slide. We figured, fine—we’ll deal with it. But the second we got home and actually tasted the food, we regretted not demanding a refund on the spot. It was a full-blown disaster in a plate—bad flavor, bad everything, and when I say zero presentation, I mean it literally looked like they threw the meat in gravy from a mile away and hoped it would land on the rice.
So basically, they served us overpriced trash with zero presentation, no sides, and meat that tasted like ketchup soup. And the excuse? “No carrots.” Newsflash: customers don’t care that you’re closing soon—we care about not getting ripped off. I don't know who taught these people customer service and the need to PROPERLY COMMUNICATE with a customer. Not to mention food preparation/presentation. Stay away!

Great food good price
I came here because the reviews said it was great Caribbean food I'm new to the Niagara scene. The reviews were correct the food was great. I had the Jerk chicken and it was definitely full of flavor and the rice and peas as well had the natural flavour that I've tasted many times in Jamaica. The lady that was at the counter was very polite and I was greeted kindly and what I love that they also make Trinidadian food Doubles and Roti was also on the menu. Thank you for keeping it traditional it's hard to find nowadays

Unfortunately I have no photos because when I took the first bite I ate until the tray was empty. This review will be as short as the food lasted me. That was stupendous! Oxtail 9/10(was a tad salty but the flavour made up) rice 10/10 coleslaw 7/10 I am a mayo in my slaw kinda girl. Overall 9/10 I am never going back to another Caribbean restaurant other than here. Bye now
