We went at 12:05pm to get a bubble tea but when we arrived a girl told us that they were close no matter what said on Google Maps or the website, we let her know the time and that in Google the schedule hours said they were opened at 12 but that girl said it was closed til 12:30pm. We came back at 12.45pm and she told us it still was closed!! I couldn't get any drink that day :(

Very bland drinks, can barely taste the tea. Had very few flavors many of which weren’t available. Do yourself a favor and go to gongcha down the street instead. I made the mistake of coming here due to the slightly more convenient locations

Went on aug 5th, around 4:30pm. Two servers just staring. I start ordering what i need. After i finish my order, the server comes in and points at a jar in front which apparently has break mentioned. He tells me that they are on break and will take order after 10min. Being on break is all good, but rather than just staring and smirking, why would you not mention it while i am placing the order. Never going back to this one.

Nice treat while waiting for my family to go through ripleys. I forgot to specify the sugar level and the guy redid my order free of charge. I would have been so bummed to get an overly sugary drink so that was very nice of him!

They don't participate in promotions which is fine because it's a tourist area, but tell potential customers that. Don't make excuses that it's just a Door dash or Uber promotion when it's clearly stated on the company website.
