Band was FABULOUS!Never have I ever experienced such bad service. Took over an hour for cousins that joined us to get their first drink this after 3 asks and then only one drink was brought to the table.(wrong one at that) also another couple at our table ordered food 20 minutes before the rest of the table and didn’t receive their food till after the rest of us had eaten.And all food was cold. A neighbouring table told us it’s always bad there, they come for the bands. I will say I will not be going back and will be letting my friends of our experience. The music was amazing and why we sat and stayed otherwise we would have walked out.

I highly recommend this place for a fun night out to catch up with old friends ! The beer was cold , the service was warm and the food tasty. Not pretentious -just excellent food and service. I recommend the Buffalo Chicken wings.

I suggested Chip and Charlie’s to my friends to meet. None of us live in Niagara Falls but thought it was a good meeting point. We live in NOTL, Welland, Grimsby and Burlington. Couldn’t have been more happy. We had such a great night and our server was amazing. Thank you Ashley. I think we found our new meeting place.

Great venue for live music! Food and drinks were good, and the server was lovely despite how busy it was.
We celebrated my retirement with 50 people. Doug was extremely helpful in making sure everything was just right. He was completely hands on during the dinner. He ensured there was always enough food and drink for everyone in attendance. The food was outstanding and the servers were always there when people needed drinks. The band Cottage Brew that played was fantastic and made the night awesome!! If you are planning anything like this please do not hesitate to contact Doug. The food and the atmosphere was incredible and the staff top notch. Doug thank you for making this evening a night to remember!! Well done!

Chip and Charlie's is a local favorite in Niagara Falls which says a lot... We are spoiled with great choices and competition from the US side. The hand cut fries are as Good as it gets...The Philly cheesesteak is better than the ones I've had in Philly... The pizza and wings are buffalo quality. The booze prices are the best in town. I'm always surprised at how reasonable my bill is at the end of the night. And they bring in great entertainment. Thanks Doug!

Amazing wings and pizza. Prices were on par with any of your own local pub or family restaurants.Wings were amazing! I had dusted with the best hot honey garlic sauce. Good size wings too.Honestly a great wing night out with the family.My only con, and I was from out of town, was there was no sign saying "Please seat yourself".Everything else was great! Will return next time we are in town.
