Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Chuck's. Our server was prompt and very hospitable. The food ordered came out quickly and was cooked to our request. The steaks were tasty and well trimmed...no waste here. Our dessert servings were huge...honestly they could afford to be smaller after a substantial meal. While not crowded, the restaurant can be a little noisy so conversation can be difficult at times...hey, it's a Roadhouse so, I guess, to be expected. The place was clean although I did not need to visit the restroom so can't comment beyond what was visible.

All in all, it was time well spent and very affordable. Chuck's was a hit and we would definitely return.

I am torn. Cause when we eat there the food is amazing. However my wife went for dinner, and got me a poutine to go ,and paid for extra cheese . Well my take out dish was half full with barely any cheese. Well you can tell from the picture how pathetic it is. Never again.

Very sneaky fee. The percentage is not shown on the main menu. The menu with the percentage of the fee was not provided when we ordered food. Also, the dipping sauce was not provided for the fries. When I asked, the server said there is no sauce for it. What a ridiculous place.

Absolutely in love with their mocha ice cream. The portion size is incredible for the price and offers something completely unique as compared to its competitors. Also, it is so budget and pocket friendly since all of their appetizers are 50% off after 9 PM making it the perfect spot to satisfy your cravings without damaging your bank. :)

What a place to go for a meal and drinks, all the waitresses were so accommodating and friendly, served quickly with a smile and so laid back, always made sure we never had an empty glass, we went every night whilst there, such good value for money and the food was spot on, amazing place

Always a good time at Chucks! This location is close to Clifton Hill and has great prices especially in a tourist trap.

Beers are affordable averaging $4-8 for domestic. Chucks has a special for their appetizers (1/2 off) after 9pm daily.

Overall, it is a great spot for a couple of drinks and fair priced food. Do not expect Michelin star quality but it is still good for bar food. I usually get their wings or steak here. On most occasions, Chucks is able to cook it perfectly medium rare but to be fair it depends on location.

Service is very good and attentive mostly unless they get super busy in the evenings during their 1/2 off app special. Usual spot is at bar and easier to get their attention

If you're looking for a spot where you can get a meal with beer under $25-30 then this is it! No frills about Chucks and a standard bar vibe. Plus, always top tier for an ice cold beer! Cheers!
