Arrived here before 9:30 and the woman was rude, said they were closed when they weren’t and refused to serve me. This place is supposed to close at 10.

What a lovely young woman who helped me decide on the flavor: grapefruit yakult with crystal boba. Yum! She listened as I described some of my favorite boba and suggested this new gem of a flavor. Would definitely get this again! ??

Giving a 2 star because I know the drinks are good as I have been to other locations.

Visited on august 7th just before close, blonde female employee looked miserable and was on her phone from the minute we approached her. Even while ordering she was blatantly typing on her phone behind the computer (not hiding it at all). Then when we went to order our brown sugar pearl latte, she responded saying they have no brown sugar. We obviously left as that’s the only drink we enjoy and the customer service level was… well there wasn’t any.

The taro tea was delicious. Loved how many pearls they put in too.
The person behind the counter was friendly but she looked very overwhelmed, and was possibly the only one there? That's typically a sign of not so great management from experience and they probably need to hire more people so an entire evening's worth of guests isn't the responsibility of one stressed employee.

Convenient location. Good customer service. Absolutely love that u can choose the amount of sugar and temperature of your beverage! Would be nice if accepted cash as a payment option too (only accepts card).

went with my friends to clifton hill and u know i just had to get a hit of coco drinks before partying. its literally my favorite and the people here were super nice. they made my drink EXACTLY the way i asked for and im so picky too. loved

Horrible experience!! The manager needs to train the staff properly. I asked for no ice and the staff was like i cant change the recipe . !! She wouldn’t budge from her point . According to her adding no ice wasn’t an option. I loved coco always except this location! The staff looked ultra afraid of the manager for everything. Peak hours and just one employee working taking orders and making the drink .
