ABSOLUTE ROCK STARS! Recently purchased some meat to make my first batch of sausage with. Nick went above and beyond and educated me on the different cuts of meats, what percentages to use and tips and tricks and made sure I got the best of the best. Yesterday I visited Commisos searching everywhere for anise extract. I could not find it at any grocery store. I asked this very nice blond haired lady where it was and with a great big smile walked me over to the spot. They did not have any in the shelf so she went to go find the grocery manager to asked when they would be getting more in, and the very friendly and knowledgeable grocery manager said that it should be coming later that day.
