Went on Saturday and they couldn't take our order because their system was down. Fine ordered a couple drinks and said if they can't put food in, we are gone by that time. I asked can you just write it down... "no" was the reply. So if the system was down for the day, no more food for the day????? HE then comes back 30mins later and says I can take your order. Proceed to tell him the order, he stops us, i have to go down and get some paper. 20 mins later he comes back. 1 hour 25 to get food. Sorry that is silly.
Great food, great service... and great beer!
I’m on a mission to find the best plain cheeseburger, and I think I have a new winner. Sorry Alberta Beef, i’m an Ontario Beef lover now.
Fun place, great service, although I think my cousins got flustered by the attractiveness of ours, hehe. Kid friendly, which is so so cool. My cousins first time in Niagara and I think they prefer the quiet parts, which this is. Off away from the bus routes it is much quieter than the hustle and bustle of downtown.
I love, love, loved this brewery.
Great Place! Good selection of brews.
A must checkout gem in Ontario! Always come here for their hazy IPAs and a very yummy fried chicken sandwich!! Plenty of food options and a rotating special menu everyday! Great seating indoors and outdoors!
Staff always friendly and very knowledgeable! My family loves going here every time we are in the Niagara region or by the outlet!
Great craft brewery and kitchen. Some of the best beers in southern Ontario are produced here. Go for a pint and stay for a bite! Great regular menu with an ever changing features menu of incredible elevated “pub” food. The servers are all friendly and make yah feel at home!
A great value option that produces delicious beer, with a unique recipe and quality ingredients.
Awesome selection of IPAs especially hazy ones. Service was excellent too. Highly recommended.
Absolutely love Counterpart Brewery. The food is great, Joe is an excellent creative chef and the beer is amazing. Do yourself a favor and pop in to this chill location. The craft beer is cold, tasty and fresh. Menu items are so delicious and trendy. You will love it. Cheers!
Love this place...great food..great beer ... proabley a top 3 brewery in Ontario...unfortunately thier staff and customer service have really gone down hill and the male servers on October 26th were really bad, enough to bump this place down on the rotation of regularlyvistied places , I get the put the block up system...but if nobody comes for over 30 minutes, somthing is broken, the room was very busy, but the servers paid no attention to the patio, perhaps a pool tip system doaent work here, it does not motivate servers to pay attention to less crowded areas.

I am actually baffled by the good reviews for this place. Came here once a few years ago and had a mediocre experience and hadn't been back until yesterday for another crap experience. For some reason my son likes this place and he chose it for his birthday dinner. First barcodes for menus in 2024 is super annoying to read. Second your system completely takes away from the "service". In order to get attention we are instructed to put the dumb QR code holder up so the servers will see. How about check on your tables, ask how things are, when you see they have no drinks you offer another? Then they walk around with iPads to take your order so there is no communication or suggestive selling. There is no evidence of menu knowledge. They are nothing more than order takers. And not particularly friendly at that. The main one who took our order had an attitude. Then they bring everyone's order 1 thing at a time. So 1 person has food and the others watch them eat or in our case the people who get their food wait because we want to eat together like normal human beings and it gets cold. Nothing like spending your hard earned money to eat cold food brought to you by someone who can barely crack a smile. Don't tell me it's because you don't have heat lamps. Time your cooking like every other restaurant. Here's a tip, fries take the least amount of time so you drop those last. I was also told you're a Brewery first when I tried to talk to a manager except there was no manger on a Friday night? Cool then don't serve food. And from what I saw every table there was eating so also a lame excuse. Even with that signalling system we also had no cutlery or napkins after asking three times. As mentioned the main guy who took the order was not only not attentive but also had a bit of an attitude right off the bat. Sorry I asked you for a real menu and made you do something outside of your ipad guess that set you off? Why even have servers then? Might as well order from the counter like McDonald's. This is the slippery slope that will have the service industry be taken over by robots because why bother paying people if that's all we are getting out of the experience? After expressing my frustrations about the service I will say the one guy comped our drinks which was something. I will also say that once we actually got the food it was pretty good. The beers are ok if you like IPAs. Anyway long story short is that if you are going out by yourself or with 1 person and you don't care about service this place might be an ok place for you but with a group it was a terrible experience and given it was my second bad experience I personally would not come back.
I was at a funeral today and we had more people than expected so I needed a pivot and pick a good restaurant. Got tons of recommendations to go to counterpart and boy did they take care of us. I called them on the 11th hour for 20 plus people. They put us in an awesome spot upstairs. I had some great beer and the food was spectacular. Lots of vegetarian options. I had the fried chicken sandwich which is amazing. The fries and dip were good. I truly recommend this place. I must stop when you're in Niagara Falls.

Had a wonderful stop here recently. Beers were delicious, service was excellent. Look forward to coming back.
Great beer friendly people and live music! Perfect spot to chill for a pint.
My wife and I went here for a day date while our son was out with his Grandmother. My wife had the hypnotize and I have the blender beers. We shared the fries and deep fried Brussels sprouts, slow roasted pork sandwich and the mussels. Everything was delicious.
