Happy accident that we went to this place. Was giving the wrong ice-cream shop name and well I am thrilled that we went here. The service was amazing and the person serving my family was happy and seemed to enjoy being there. The lavender lemonade was amazing; definitely would recommend getting that. The prices for the amount of ice-cream you get is very generous. You will not be disappointed stopping by this place.
A side note reading how the owner responds to reviews just shows the amazing character they are.

The best subs and you can never go wrong with their delicious pineapple dole whip! They also have a nice little shop selection as well - local honey, handmade lip balms. A great spot in the heart of Chippawa.

Enjoy so tasty ice cream over the Canada’s day weekend. A friend my threw a party and rented the ice cream wagon for the event, a very nice touch. The staff was super friendly and the ice cream was delicious!

I recently had Creekside’s ice cream trailer at my daughter’s birthday party. It was the highlight of the party!! The kids (and adults) loved getting to put their own toppings on their ice cream. She brought a great selection of ice cream and lots of kid friendly toppings. Tammy was very personable, friendly and accommodating. We also had some of their delicious subs for the party- everyone was saying how good the subs were as well. I would not hesitate to book the trailer again for another event in the future! It was the perfect added touch to my daughter’s ice cream themed party!!

Prices were great, huge selection. Although the service I got was upsetting. Last year it was amazing. There was a younger girl with red hair and a blue shirt. when she got told to make my Frappuccino she immediately became annoyed and sassy. Running around looking miserable. Another worker had to fix my drink because she’s never made a Frappuccino, so it was just ice and creamer at first she tried to serve me. I completely understand being new and not knowing what to do, being overwhelmed… but could have done some things differently. Instead of my group waiting almost 20 minutes.
I had the pleasure of being served by their trailer at an event and a week later was fortunate to be able to attend their icecream shop in Niagara. I love this place! The kids want to move to Niagara just because “that amazing store”. The I cream is phenomenal and the various unique and some nostalgic candies and treats make this place amazing. The kids and I will be back :). Thank you!!
