Got the Oreo waffle cone. Lacking flavor. Nothing special.

Stayed in the Falls for a night and everywhere I looked was endless Soft-Serve signage/ads. By the end of the evening it was my #1 priority.

Unfortunately by that time, every place selling frozen dairy (and dairy-like products) on 'The Hill' was closed. So the next morning before leaving town, I stopped in at this place.

I had the blue colour in a waffle cone (do not google blue waffle) and it was good. The flavour wasn't anything special, but the quality of the product seemed above average and the cone was elite!

Basically... if you end up with a craving after seeing soft-serve ads all night, then you could do much worse than this place.

Have been coming to Crunchi Cream when we are on Clifton Hill, Niagara Falls, for years. Ice cream is good, and the staff are very friendly. Fun place, and it's part of the "experience".

When my Mom and step dad were there today July 17th. The young male employee was taking cash and then getting the ice cream cones with the same gloves on. He was seen running his gloved finger around the inside top rim of the cone. It's like seriously? Money is very dirty to begin with. Just think of all the hands that touch it. Don't be touching other people's food like that

We got the sprinkels mix one. Honestly, seriously, one of the best ice creams I've ever had in my entire life! A bit expensive (like everything in the area though) but truly amazing! I wish there was a branch in every city.

We loved this place so much!!!! It was my childhood come back to me! Nerds mixed in with soft serve ice cream in a waffle cone!!! Yum! My hubby got the skor flavor and it was almost as amazing. I wish we had this where we live. I'll have to go back to Niagra just for this cone

Got the m&m and Oreo ice cream cones. The size of the size of the ice cream was alot more than expected I could barely finish mine.
The service was very nice and quick!

I got two cones just regular ones but the guy forgot mine and made like 8 others before mine so when I asked him about it he upgraded me to a waffle cone so that was nice.....it was busy I'll give him that

On May 29- we bought two ice cream service was great and pleasant—- lady was pleasant @ 8 pm

On May 30 @ 130-135 pm — after lunch we went to buy one ice cream — twist flavor— all we just asked a tissue — the guy was rude— like we asked him for free ice cream or his bank information lol…. his face reaction is like ya here pushed it over …bit discriminating towards other race ….... hmmm… anyways… poor customer service…. He acted like he was doing ppl favor… not sure why ppl like that work fast pace workplace… crunchy cone horrible service - we are in 2024 ?????
