Unable to take and understand your order. I ordered a Reese’s pieces and : First : twist vanilla-chocolate Then when a told it’s wrong, they charge me for price difference (ok), but I got m&m’s. Finally I asked bank bill’s : “yes”, then I was waiting them looking me , and I had to re-ask :”I asked you ans you said “yes” - did you understand my question instead of “yes yes yes”. May #TWD day in this shop. Never again never

Got the skor bits soft serve in a regular cone. It was decent. One of the more decent price spots for ice cream along the strip too.

I bought two waffle cones bothe doesn’t look like the pictures , when I asked the server when it is so sloppy and not properly filled, you will be surprised she said this is the reality and that is just a picture. You will never get closer to the pictures ever.never going to this joint ever

This spot is busy because it’s right beside the large Ferris wheel (busiest spot of Clifton Hill). You can get chocolate mix ins with your ice cream but it cost around $9-10 after tax. The plain soft serve is a bit cheaper and the waffle cone doesn’t cost extra. It’s not bad for the price because everything in the area is expensive.

Crunchicreme Waffle Cream is an ice cream shop in a touristy area of Niagara Falls. Their flavors were good but the price tag for a single cone was very expensive. Staff were competent. Overall, I still recommend it.
