District 11: Shops & Snacks

I want to compliment the excellent customer service provided by the lady who served my wife and me ice cream. There were great ice cream options, but I would prefer if they were all displayed together in the same area, as we accidentally missed the first set of ice cream options.

We hope to see the lady who served us again soon. Thank you.

We'd used the shop to grab bits and things we needed during our stay.

The gift area was nice, and access through the shop to the hotel and outside was an added perk.

I'd recommend using for the shops conveniences but not so much the food. We'd gotten pizza late at night, and it was pretty awful.

Frankly, I'd thought that the stuff under the lamps was display only and was pretty horrified to see when they'd chose from that. It wasn't clean, and it'd sat for hours, flies in the area. Wouldn't recommend it by the slice at all.

My parents got a full pizza, and it was fresher, but it's not a pizza that justifies its cost.

I wouldn't get food here again.

Stopped by here tonight for some churros and it was served hot and fresh within minutes! They offer a variety of snacks and desserts, but the churros were delicious. We ordered it with a caramel dip but they have a bunch of dippinv options. Amazing experience!

Good shop for an ice cream but would recommend staying away from other hot food items as they are often old (pizza sometimes sits for hours in the warmer). Fresh food takes quite some time to prepare as we ordered some fried snacks and it took over 15 minutes to get those items. If you decide on warm food, the churros were decent but savory items were quite bland and flavorless. Ice cream, on the other hand, is really good and they have some of the butteriest butter pecan we've ever tasted.

Took forever to get our ice cream, got the wrong order, charged my card thrice. Ruined my whole trip

Staying at the Hilton Saturday night me and my significant other decided to get pizza from this convenient spot but 3-4 hours after eating it felt like we had food poisoning after notifying the hotel in the morning of the ongoing situation I had been told by the security guard doing the report that he was not suprised that we may have gotten food poisoning from the pizza, then was proceeded to say that he saw me at the bar drinking or I had a “twin” and left. Not very happy with how the situation was handled.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza - the young girl that made it poured way too much spice on it- got it back to my room and it was inedible! I took it back downstairs and told the girl - she could not have cared less so I told her she could throw it out - she told me to go over there and throw it out myself.Very poor customer service
