Service was slow. Waited 10 minutes for an adult size dulce de leche hot chocolate as part of their HCT offering. Another couple ordered their drinks after us and got theirs first. WTF. It was sweet enough but yummy though and was $6.55 before tax. Definitely not really worth the price and there was a lot of chocolate residual stuck to the cup.

Stopped by here tonight for some churros and it was served hot and fresh within minutes! They offer a variety of snacks and desserts, but the churros were delicious. We ordered it with a caramel dip but they have a bunch of dippinv options. Amazing experience!

Good shop for an ice cream but would recommend staying away from other hot food items as they are often old (pizza sometimes sits for hours in the warmer). Fresh food takes quite some time to prepare as we ordered some fried snacks and it took over 15 minutes to get those items. If you decide on warm food, the churros were decent but savory items were quite bland and flavorless. Ice cream, on the other hand, is really good and they have some of the butteriest butter pecan we've ever tasted.

Staying at the Hilton Saturday night me and my significant other decided to get pizza from this convenient spot but 3-4 hours after eating it felt like we had food poisoning after notifying the hotel in the morning of the ongoing situation I had been told by the security guard doing the report that he was not suprised that we may have gotten food poisoning from the pizza, then was proceeded to say that he saw me at the bar drinking or I had a “twin” and left. Not very happy with how the situation was handled.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza - the young girl that made it poured way too much spice on it- got it back to my room and it was inedible! I took it back downstairs and told the girl - she could not have cared less so I told her she could throw it out - she told me to go over there and throw it out myself.Very poor customer service

Single ice cream scoop = 2 scoops here. Great for value, but if you're looking for a single scoop for your kids, you're going to get a double serving.
