My issue is not the food but the price. Your website says one price but was charged 2 dollars more on each item. We order steak panzarottis. Spinach canzone. When I called to inform of price difference said oh well thought that was changed. You should have honored price it just good business. Please make needed changes. Understand prices change but just make sure you update it. Order was Sunday at 430 by my girlfriend

We ordered delivery from D'Vinci's for our late night snack at our Wedding this past month in Niagara Falls. D'Vinci's allowed us to pre-pay so we had nothing to worry about the night of our wedding. The pizza was delicious and our guests (and us) were extremely happy! Thank you!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this establishment for a long time — my family orders from them multiple times a month and we’ve even recommended them to others. Unfortunately, our recent experience was beyond disappointing.
We received a pizza that was completely unacceptable in quality (I’ve attached photos and videos). When we called to address it, we were told by the employee that the owner approved a free replacement pizza for our next order.
Fast forward to when we called back to redeem that — an older woman answered the phone and was extremely rude, refused to honor the replacement, and actually said she didn’t believe us. She hung up on us and wouldn’t even give her name.
I emailed the owner directly with the photos and details, and still haven’t heard anything back. No refund, no replacement, and zero accountability.
I’m really disappointed in how this was handled — especially as someone who’s supported this business for years. Hopefully this post brings some attention to how customers are being treated.

I stopped in there for the first time today, heading home for a lunchtime slice. Although I picked the wrong day and time (high school kid's lunch hour) the service from the very nice lady behind the counter was great and so was the slice! I'll definitely be coming back to try their calzone for sure! :)

If you actually had sauce that you could taste or even see it. Not enough cheese neither would be great. You could take the cheese off and not one drop of sauce would fall off. Just to blaw just cheese and crust. Maybe because it was a slice but If thats what your slice is like then that's what you're pie is like. I find Niagara falls has tons of pizza places but I haven't found any worth regular ordering!! I would have gave at least a four star if you had more sauce and cheese!! _$4 a slice is expensive especially when I can go and get 2 slices and a large pop for $5!! I actually ordered a pizza and got extra sauce and double cheese and it definitely makes a difference. So if you want a good pizza order extra sauce and double cheese!!

Picked up a pizza on my way home not knowing that I should have inspected the pizza. I called them and brought it to their attention that the pizza was burnt black on the bottom.I was asked to send pictures which i did and that wasn't good enough. Then i was asked to bring it back. Unbelievable that they would expect me to drive back half an hour. Never again will we do business here.
