I stopped in there for the first time today, heading home for a lunchtime slice. Although I picked the wrong day and time (high school kid's lunch hour) the service from the very nice lady behind the counter was great and so was the slice! I'll definitely be coming back to try their calzone for sure! :)

If you actually had sauce that you could taste or even see it. Not enough cheese neither would be great. You could take the cheese off and not one drop of sauce would fall off. Just to blaw just cheese and crust. Maybe because it was a slice but If thats what your slice is like then that's what you're pie is like. I find Niagara falls has tons of pizza places but I haven't found any worth regular ordering!! I would have gave at least a four star if you had more sauce and cheese!! _$4 a slice is expensive especially when I can go and get 2 slices and a large pop for $5!! I actually ordered a pizza and got extra sauce and double cheese and it definitely makes a difference. So if you want a good pizza order extra sauce and double cheese!!

Picked up a pizza on my way home not knowing that I should have inspected the pizza. I called them and brought it to their attention that the pizza was burnt black on the bottom.I was asked to send pictures which i did and that wasn't good enough. Then i was asked to bring it back. Unbelievable that they would expect me to drive back half an hour. Never again will we do business here.

I recently ordered 10 pieces of wings and an appetizer platter. I waited for 30 minutes, and when I asked for an update, I was told there was a large pickup order ahead of mine, so I needed to wait longer. In total, I waited 38 minutes for my food. I understand busy times happen, but I was hoping for a quicker turnaround or at least a heads-up about the delay. Just wanted to share my experience.

I went with my family. We tried the sandwiches and wings — all were great. The taste, quality of the meat, and the bread were all a perfect combination. Also, the sandwiches were huge! Thanks to the chef.

The first time was fantastic. the 2nd time pizza n wings were cold n obviously sat or for a long time, it was horrible. We called after we ate n told them how bad it was. I was told they would take care of us the next we ordered, so we were hopeful, Sobwe thought we'd try a 3rd time as it wasn't like it was pre-ordered, we thought we'll is freshly ordered, we thought that they'd actually take care of it, by at least 10% of the bill because they said they'd do something because of the last order. So we ordered 15 mins brie it was time to pickup, but 3rd time, it was disgusting, no % off, nothing. We will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I pray they don't do this to others ...
