East Izakaya NF, the best place in my opinion for high-quality food with amazing presentation. This place has a great reputation, and they exceeded my expectations with the experience I had. i came here for dinner with some friends last week, and we loved everything, from the welcoming atmosphere to the top-notch food (heavily recommend the sushi, wok, and wontons/dumplings). They even have friendly robots! But the cherry on top and what sealed our experience was the staff. Rebecca (server) was the best. She is so kind, courteous and made sure everything was good; our drinks were always refilled! She even helped us with what to order, and all of her recommendations were awesome ᵕᴗᵕ. As well, Joshua (busser) was amazing, carrying such positive, charismatic energy. He was quick with the food and cleared our finished dishes. He was delightful; my friends and I had a great time with him ˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶ I don't think our experience would have been the same without Joshua and Rebecca; they are one of a kind.. Kudos to the staff,all of them were amazing. I am a very picky eater, especially with sushi, yet East is my favourite. ♡

Me and my family went to this Japanese restaurant for dinner and we had a wonderful time. The food was delicious — fresh sushi, tasty tempura, and the takoyaki was so good! You can tell everything was made with care.
Our waitress, Anna, was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, patient with our questions, and gave us great recommendations. She made sure we were comfortable the whole time and treated us like family.
We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place if you want great Japanese food and top-notch service!

Last Friday my daughter wanted to go to a special restaurant for her birthday dinner. This was the place. The interior of the restaurant was very modern and comfortable. The food was clean and made my daughter smile. I will never forget Rebecca who served us kindly there and also thank you to Joshua for delivering our delicious food safely to us. Thank you for providing a fantastic experience for our daughter and family and we look forward to visiting again.

Walked out after being ignored for 20 minutes. We love to dine at WIND but decided to try East Izakaya. Worst mistake ever. I'm so glad we did not spend our money here. Placed my order on the tablet, and it was canceled remotely. Called the server... No one ever showed up. I will be posting my content video.

If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Every server that helped us out was friendly and professional. There were several awesome ladies and Harold who I just can't say enough good things about. The food came out super fast as well. I'm new to Buffalo, NY and have been severely disappointed with every sushi place I've tried. Looks like I finally found a spot over the border! I even took some photos to make my friends jealous and hopefully tempt them to come with us next time. We'll be back for sure to visit Harold and the rest of the staff. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
