I enjoyed the location despite it being a little tricky to locate. The food is average but the view is outstanding. The server we had was not attentive for some reason and it seemed like it was difficult to get warm bread for my soup. The dessert table was delightful. But what made the visit great is the host, Vesna. She took our reservation, was very polite, friendly and attentive. She is the reason I would return again. When everything else is 3 star, she is a 5 star host who made a big difference to our dining experience there.Parking: Complimentary parking from the restaurant is very nice!

You really are paying for the view in this place. The view is amazing and the service was good. The food is greatly lacking. In my opinion, the desserts were the only things that were good. I appreciated the experience with my sons, but for 140.00 (two adults and a child that ate for free), it was not worth the cost.

Unhappy experience, poor selection, stale food, limited options, no soup spoons, way too expensive for what you get, takes about 20min just to get to the restaurant because of the elevator wait times, have had better experiences at an 8.99 county buffet.

Possibly the worst meal I've ever served my family. Luke warm, previously frozen food for $50 a person! Hard pass!

The buffet was small and everything was cold. The roast was over cooked and very chewy, the salad section was very bare. The waiter we had walked passed us countless times without taking dirty plates, wasn't until I asked for our cheque that he took them.

You can reserve up until 8:30. But food is getting removed at this time and even more so at 8:45. We were seated, took 5-10 mins to get a drink order. Once drinks were ordered, we proceeded to get food and they were already clearing food away. I do understand they end the buffet at 9, but perhaps end the seating sooner so patrons do not feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Dinner for 2 adults 3 kids (2 kids eat free) the meal was still over 150. Which is okay because we expected to pay that price, but we did not get to eat much or feel like we had the time to eat and enjoy. It was disappointing. I feel this could have been a different experience if we were earlier, but was asked by numerous staff if we were done, while we waited 15 mins to pay. It was a very negative experience for our family unfortunately

This restaurant is absolutely a waste of time and money. The food is absolutely horrible and the selection is utterly terrible. The food for dinner and breakfast is not fresh or hot. The service is terrible and the place is an absolute disaster. The food is cheap and seems like leftovers, the buns are stale the fruit is almost rotten. The plates are wet and dirty and the buffet is over priced for what you get by far. I wouldn’t go back if it was free.My recommendation order pizza :)

We had breakfast at the Lounge twice and both times Prabhjot was there. She was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Prabhjot is an asset to the Sheraton hospitality. Thank you!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly options

The food was not at all up to the standards. The choices of food was so poor . We will never go there again . Not at all worth the money . $130 for 2 just for the food no drinks or nothing, was just such a waste .

Literally the worst breakfast buffet I’ve ever been to, and that includes the free ones that many hotels offer. I paid over $200 CAD for 3 adults and 4 children to eat maybe a croissant or two. They were totally out of bacon, eggs, and pancakes for the duration of our time there. It took forever and a day to even seat us, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The food that was “in stock” was horrible. I’m absolutely shocked they can keep a low quality like this and still charge $40 per person. Literally would have to pay me to ever go here again.

I was very disappointed in this restaurant. The kids eat free was a great promotion to get us in the door. When we got there, kids (2yrs and 8yrs) did not touch any of the food (except the fruit). The food selection was very displeasing for the price we paid for. The quality and quantity of the food was also inadequate. It took a while for food to be refilled (certain dishes for children was not refilled while we were there). The view of the Falls was also hindered by the lighting which was also disheartening as this would have been a lone bright spot in this whole experience. All in all, I would not recommend this restaurant and it did ruin our weekend getaway experience.
