This place is disgusting. I wish I could give zero stars. Dishes are filthy. Every coffee cup was stained. Every bowl had water in it and left over food. The plates were dirty as well. The food was horrible and bland, best thing they had was the fruit loops and even those tasted stale. Crazy they charge an adult $19.99. I am disgusted to say we ate here. Do not waste your money. I called the health inspection as the dishwasher clearly does not work. Save yourself some money and risk of health issues. Do NOT recommend.

Didn't even have pancakes in a children's hotel... over 20$ a person... charged me for my 3 year old that ate 2 bites and food was awful. Server didn't even refill my coffee and gets auto gratuity (then the payment system asks for MORE tip). Horrible. Wish we drove to Dennys

Absolute garbage. Do not waste your time or money going here. The food was stale. Had four hot plates. And they add an auto gratuity because the staff don't do much. Ridiculously expensive for what you

The hostesses Jackie and Hannah were friendly and attentive. We had the buffet breakfast and it was great! Sausages were nicely browned but still juicy, hash brown potatoes were delicious and cooked golden brown, nice variety of breakfast choices. Would definitely go back!

Do not go here ! Yes it was Convenient for staying at the Americana, but the food was awful, old and dry. The fruit tasted moldy, and that was the most decent pieces I could pick out. The bacon was soaked in about two inches of grease. No one clears the plates , I saw later mimosas and Caesars were available but how would i have ever known that when no one is actually helping or speaking with customers? On top of all this to tack on an automatic gratuity it %15 is ridiculous when they can’t even serve fresh coffee or clear plates. Such a rip off don’t waste your time or money.

Food and service were awful, plus we were forced to pay a 15% gratuity for no service and a rude hostess! Please save your money. Go to the flying saucer instead!

Less than mediocre. I guess there’s something to eat but definitely not worth a $20 breakfast buffet (kids $10). I feel it should be $12 for adults and $6 for kids to be good value. Plus adding an auto 15% tip to bill and still asking for tips at checkout is beyond crazy.

Al Mac's right down the street, way better variety way way cheaper, $11 a person compared to$20+ auto 15% gratuity, you don't auto add tips in Canada. We tip based on service, give your servers a living wage we all know you make enough ?, we ended up getting a refund the service/food was just aweful, won't be back.

The worst breakfast place ever! Food was old and dry. Hostess/ workers were sitting and talking at a table. They didn’t care customers at all and auto 15% gratuity was charged even though they did nothing for us. Please avoid this place if you want great morning for your trip.

Food was disgusting. Super super dry French toast and pancakes, stale days old pastries, really greasy bacon. The place wasn't that busy so the food just sat in the hot plates. Never had anyone clear our plates like any buffet you go to. Rude customer service from the hostess. Cost us $70 for 2 adults and 2 kids under 6 years of age. Avoid this place. There are so many other breakfast places around the Americana hotel.
