We were apprehensive after reading the negative reviews on here but were pleasantly surprised. We got the family sized poutine to share between 2 people, pretty expensive (CA$21.75 including tax) but the portion size was huge. Super tasty, the fries were fresh and hot and the cheese curds were flavourful and salty. Probably not the most “authentic” but it hit the spot! Only negative was the wait time, it took about 20 minutes from ordering to collecting the food but they were extremely busy.

I don't get everyone's complaints. It's Niagara falls. This could be way more expensive than it is. I got the veggie Burger and fries and it was actually not too bad. The burger is quite juicy and has guac on it. Portion size is good. I'd expected way smaller portions. So maybe go in with low expectations and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

They have halal chicken, that’s a plus. But their Grilled Chicken Sandwich was very dry and bland. Shrimp taco was a bit better. Considering the crazy price, not a good option.

Bad service waited an hour because of lazy ahh employees, this is not worth it for soggy old fries and a burger that was like an old boot

I bought a coffee from this place and they are serving it in this pathetic paper mug, it was so uncomfortable to take a sip I burnt my tounge.
I requested them middle aged service lady or manager, whoever she was to give me a normal plastic cup for which she arrogantly started asking for 55 cents. It was not a big deal for me to pay but the kind of rude behavior and failure to understand customer problem really put me off. If the management of this place looks at my message, kindly improve your customer service. And stop serving coffee in this pathetic cup.

The burger is very delicious but the ceasar salad is insanely bad and boring made and my biggest critic point it had 50 percent garlic bread which ruined the experience and the salad was tasting very bad and boring

The food was surprisingly good and had larger portions than I was expecting for the price.
The fish in the fish and chips was HUGE! The breading was good and it wasn't fishy tasting. The fries it came with were girthy and could have been more crispy.
The apple pecan goat cheese salad was delightfully fresh. The sweetness from the apple and candied pecans balanced well with the creamy tartness of the goat cheese. The spinach, arugula, and misc. lettuce salad was a wonderful blend and didn't include even a single wilted leaf!
The ketchup crisps must be a Canadian thing. I get the idea, it's like ketchup and fries in a potato chip but it somehow makes real ketchup taste fake. To me, this is how confusion must taste.

It's fast food at tourist prices. Exactly what you should expect. I got a Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich and it was pretty good! the fries are the very thick kind (not my favorite) but they weren't soggy or anything. The service was pretty efficient for the lunch rush.
Food is nasty, and the staff is even nastier. Stay away.

This restaurant was tasty, but expensive. However, I do understand that prices will be higher since it is a tourist location. The food was delicious, and the staff was amazing, with one of the attendees going out of their way to substitute an order for us. Overall, a good place.
