They have good variety of burgers and pizzas on the menu, but the taste is just okay. The prices for pizza and family packages are higher, which is mainly paying for the location and not the food.
We ordered âCheeseburgerâ and âNashville Chicken Burgerâ. The beef pattyâs texture didnât imply âreal beefâ and definitely didnât taste like one! Nashville Chicken burger was better, but had an unnecessary sweet taste to it!

Pretty good restaurant. Not high quality food but itâs edible. I had the poutine and definitely would eat it again. Place looked clean. The service wasnât great. The gentlemen working the counter had no customer service skills. I seemed to be a bother to them while ordering.

Overall very poor. Had ramen noodles. Very poor, almost inedible. Ordered what i thought was a fresh made smoothie, it came out of a slushy machine. Very expensive but its touristy so I figured it would be costly, but did not expect how bad the ramen would be. The appearance looks good but the noodles were obviously sitting a long time, over cooked noodles.

DO NOT EAT HERE
FOOD IS VERY BAD HERE, you'll get fries with all the items, their fries are not good, just take it with one item, 4 people can easily share this one portion of bad fries. Also everything is expensive for no reason. THE SUPERVISOR IS VERY RUDE, don't bother to go to her with any complaints.

Poor service and staff assistance. Yesterday me and my family were there for a quick meal between 7:20 - 8:00 pm , we ordered couple of food and one of them was the salami burger, upon collecting it had a patty of beef , we spoke to the staff and he asked us to wait for 5 min then when making noise the manager comes and asks for the receipt which her staff had when collecting the food but again he has misplaced it so the manager is refusing to do anything for me until she gets the slip, the number was 37 but still they went rounf and round and the food is just there infront of me
all i asked was to remove the beef patty and replace with chicken which they told me they will charge extr and i agreed , they kept me on wait for more then 15 min and i just left the food there and left . zero customer service
paid $20 + taxes and their staff enjoyed the feel meal donation while i walk out annoyed and hungry and trust me they dont care
We recently visited Niagara Falls and ordered food at Flame Fare and Grill - 1 samosa, 2 veggie burgers, and spring rolls. When we received the items, we were not able to consume any of them. The Samosa was a frozen samosa which was deep fried to a black colour. Spring rolls were also frozen spring rolls poorly made and deep fried to a hard rock-like texture and the veggie burger which was a flat patties inside 2 buns was of very poor quality. We had to take some digestive pills after we reached home as we had a bad stomach upset. And the total bill for these great dishes was a whopping $ 70. Wow! will never go to this restaurant again. Very poor quality frozen food.

If this place was not located right next to the Niagara Falls, it wouldn't be able to stay in business. The tourist destination is so popular they don't even have to try. The food is absolutely terrible. An average gas station feels like a Micheline star restaurant.
