The service and food quality has significantly deteriorated since the last time we were here. There is hardly any light in the place. It was so difficult to read the menu. When we told them, they said that's what it is. We ordered daal rand rice and shahi paneer and roti. After sometime, only daal and shahi paneer came, we were left waiting for rice and roti. Since, we were a group of friends, we ordered 6 rotis in total. 4 came and we kept waiting for 2 rotis. When we asked them about the remaining rotis, server said, I didn't know about that it's not being served. Paneer tikka was dry and tasteless. We told them about it, but nothing happened and we kept waiting. Staircase was wet throughout. One of my friend slipped on the staircase. When we told about it to the person standing at the door. They said, it's my first day. FYI: pool table is chargeable $10, but is not mentioned anywhere that it is chargeable. Overall, a very bad experience.

Worst experience with them , ordered food online though and app and these guys gave me burnt food and upon that when i called them the girl on the call told me our manager will call u the next day but no call yett. I went to pick my order after 40 mins and they started cooking when I got there to pick it up. To make things worse, they gave me the wrong order. After waiting for more time in the restaurant, i got thirsty and asked for a bottle of water and they said they do not have. The food taste was below average and the naans are small. We absolutely enjoyed our meal here at Flavors and spices and as the name depicts you're getting all of that in your food. Our host and server Daman was sweet and had great customer service and the chef was really nice as well. This was our first food stop here in Niagra Falls and we were happy we chose to dine here.
