Large menu. We had a turkey club and a hot turkey sandwich. Both were very good. The meals delivered to other tables all looked great as well. We will go back.

We came for breakfast on a Saturday, and I highly recommend this place! The prices here are super reasonable, especially considering it’s in Niagara where everything seems to be crazy expensive these days. The food and service was really great, and the atmosphere is hilarious - I loved it! Really great little spot, I will definitely come back next time I’m in town!

I have been here multiple times but my friend has never been, so I convinced her to check it out this weekend on our getaway and my gosh she can not wait to return and now bring her kiddos. I feel so bad I forget our waitress name
( We were there July 13 AM shift, corner table on the left when you walk in haha ) Anyway our waitress was amazing, such a bubbly personality and just such a positive attitude. Her birthday is actually next week haha. Anyway she was a delight :)
The customer service was excellent and the food was delicious like always. Apparently you don't have these incredible pancakes 🥞 on the menu yet ( banana, strawberry and blueberries with a ton of whipped cream) well they were DELICIOUS and a huge hit, please put them on the menu. Again thank you for the wonderful customer service and delicious breaky .
Huge shout out to our waitress

( PS, the Bran muffin was AMAZING 😍)

I went there 2 times during my 5 days stay in Niagara. Even if we had 4 kids, we didn't feel we were annoying for the staff. On the opposite, they really helped us with a great service. Maria was very nice and helpful and all the staff too 😀

One of my favorite stops when in Niagara Falls.

I had a 12oz NY strip loin steak.
I was a bit wary because it is not a steak house, but the steak turned out pretty good.
I asked for a medium expecting a medium well and it turned out how I expected. The server even asked if it was how I wanted it and was willing to send it back to the kitchen, but I was satisfied with it medium well.
Although not the perfect steak, it was moist and full of flavor (seasoned well) and would order it again.

The over all experience was very good as expected with super friendly and helpful staff.
Always worth the stop! Best diner type in the entire region!

We love the restaurant. The food is amazing and atmosphere is great. Great waitstaff. Super affordable, although the soda sizing for eat-in orders is a little bit odd… I would be much more apt to pay 4 dollars for a refillable standard drink than 5 dollars for nearly a bucket of soda LOL. But otherwise. It is worth the visit. Breakfast is amazing. I have had one issue with food before, I brought it up, and was dealt with swiftly.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Maria at The Flying Saucer during my trip to Niagara Falls, and she was fantastic! From the moment I sat down, she was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. My coffee cup was never empty, and she made sure my breakfast was perfect. She has such a positive energy and genuinely cares about making sure her guests have a great experience. The food was delicious, but Maria’s excellent service made the meal even better. If you’re stopping by for breakfast, I highly recommend asking for her—you won’t be disappointed!

Almost a week ago, I decided to hold off on posting a review, wondering if my opinion might change over time. It didn't—and even if it had, my experience remains unchanged. I've driven past the Flying Saucer in the Falls dozens of times, always tempted to stop in and eat here.

Let me get one thing out of the way: I loved the atmosphere. The look and feel of the place immediately transported me back to old 1950s diners—even though I never had the chance to experience one in person (and probably never will). That's the best—and the only—positive thing I can say about this restaurant. A fitting tagline for my review might be: "Flying saucer restaurant makes me want to be somewhere else."

The service was okay. There was a table of four behind us, and once they left, we were basically forgotten about, which was okay I suppose, I could have taken another drink, but whatever, still left a decent tip all things considered.

For that visit, my wife and I ordered a variety of dishes:

I ordered a steak (rare) with a rack of ribs, accompanied by fries and vegetables. (a rare food picture as I don't usually partake in such things)
My wife ordered a chicken parm.
We also shared a house salad and mozzarella sticks.
Let’s break these down from best to worst:

House Salad (mine): A straightforward mix of lettuce and assorted vegetables with French dressing—nothing to mess up, and it was good.

Mozzarella Sticks (shared): Deep-fried, battered cheese that was well-executed—nothing offensive here.

Caesar Salad (wife's): Unfortunately, it arrived with someone else's hair. Given our ranking from best to worst, this slip-up placed it third.

Chicken Parm (wife's): The highlight was the pasta—it was cooked in water as salty as the sea, just as it should be. However, the chicken was more like a rubbery block with melted cheese atop, and while the sauce was acceptable, it didn't make up for the other shortcomings.

Steak and Ribs (mine): The steak was grey and lifeless—probably cooked sous-vide and then thrown on a grill just for show. A bit more effort to achieve a proper sear would have been appreciated. But the worst part of the dish was the ribs. I took a single bite and found them to be the worst I've ever eaten: tender, yes, but clearly old, spoiled, and freezer burnt. This was especially disappointing since the smoky BBQ sauce was excellent.

I’m not one to complain directly to the restaurant—I prefer to share my honest review here rather than risk ruining my evening by confronting someone.

A word to the wise, I'm a big guy, the booths are a tight squeeze, but not uncomfortably so, if possible, try to get a table instead of a booth.
