Ugh ... we were hoping to find our go-to pizza place since moving back to the Falls. Franks was always our pizza place when we lived here in the 90's! ... tonight the pizza was m'eh, crust very doughy and tasteless, toppings somewhat okay, but overall a really disappointing pizza and waste of money and gas ... we'll definitely move onto another pizzeria and bid farewell to Franks.

Ordered vegetarian pizza for the first time and end up having bacon even without ordering on the pizza. I am not sure how they can mistaken with vegetarian and bacon pizza ? What if someone is allergic? Receptionist was very nice and did gave us refund. Lady took my order was extremely rude though and hang up on me even before I finished my call. They need to be careful while putting the toppings. Will never order again.

Great Pizza and subs. Delivered to Great Wolf Lodge lobby. It was still too hot to bite into after the elevator ride and long walk to our room. Definitely recommend this place!

Ordered a white pizza .Broccoli was chopped up tiny pieces ,crust l could barely chew it was tough.Wings had barbecue sauce in hot awful.$42.00 waste of money.
