Steak subs deluxe Been going to Frank's for the past 20 years or so and the order is always the same... Not anymore. Frank is always been a staple in Niagara Falls. Always tasty always great consistently. Unfortunately it's not what it used to be. Not even close. It was garbage. Barely any onions or peppers and the meat was like a dried processed tasting round slice that was flavourless. I get shrinkflation and the cost of food has increased but doesn't justify what we bought

we stayed at great wolf lodge and found this hidden gem. its a family owned shop with everyone working. my kids loved the pizza, sub and honey wings! this is a much better food option than at great wolf lodge.

Ugh ... we were hoping to find our go-to pizza place since moving back to the Falls. Franks was always our pizza place when we lived here in the 90's! ... tonight the pizza was m'eh, crust very doughy and tasteless, toppings somewhat okay, but overall a really disappointing pizza and waste of money and gas ... we'll definitely move onto another pizzeria and bid farewell to Franks.

Ordered vegetarian pizza for the first time and end up having bacon even without ordering on the pizza. I am not sure how they can mistaken with vegetarian and bacon pizza ? What if someone is allergic? Receptionist was very nice and did gave us refund. Lady took my order was extremely rude though and hang up on me even before I finished my call. They need to be careful while putting the toppings. Will never order again.
