Terrible place On December 29, I made a purchase where at the beginning they charged me 15 dollars more, I complained and according to them they canceled the purchase and charged the correct amount When I check my card I see that they charged the wrong amount twice and once the correct amount, I went to complain to them and they indicated that everything was fine and that I only had to wait the necessary business days Today the sale was accredited by Visa and the 3 charges appear80 dollars overcharged don’t come for any reason

Julie Robert was so lovely. A real life Ray of sunshine ?. I was greeted with a smile and when I requested a specific fruit combination with my chia pudding she obliged with no hassles!

Our bodies were steadily degenerating from an all-beef + all-fat diet in Niagara, so in spite of the bad reviews here we went to Freshlii located handily in our Hotel lobby. We bought a Cobb salad. The preparation was meticulous. The service was efficient and friendly enough. The salad is delivered very cold (let it warm up before eating), but otherwise nothing to complain at all. We went back and bought another and one for the road.

Went out for Thanksgiving and got a coconut chia pudding from this place and was disgusting. Fruit was still green and sour, and the pudding wasn't pudding, just a huge mass of chia coconut abomination in a cup. Was 14$, and I was very disappointed that both cups weren't finished.

Overpriced food with no flavour. Also, they only had “one” staff member who ran the cashier, food preparation, cleaning etc so the food took a long time. We felt bad for her. $65 for three wraps and one drink. This meal was worth about half

Do not stop here if you are visiting Niagara Falls. What’s supposed to be a fast food option turned into a 40 minute ordeal. 25 minutes of waiting for a simple bowl to be made, which they also got incorrect when I finally received my food. Avoid at all costs.

Ate here while visiting the Niagara Falls due to their gluten friendly options. Food was not very fresh for the high prices.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options

The lettuce in the salad was completely rotten and the prices because of the hotel tax were astronomical.

I picked Freshii because of the vegetarian options. I ordered the Chipotle which was none existent, salsa humph! None. It was tasteless. I had to eat cause I was hungry ?. Had to wait for 15+ minutes for the food, the tables were not cleaned either. Overall disappointed since I love Freshii.Vegetarian options: Good place for vegetarian options.

Awful taste, ingredients are dry and not fresh, just avoid this place and stay hungry, you’d be better off. What also pissed me off is the LF they add on the bill (%7.9). When asked what it is, they said it’s taxes but it is just an additional fee that goes into the pockets of the company.

The mango smoothie was delicious; the bowls and wraps, not so much.

We wanted some fresh food after a long and hot day. We ordered kale Cesar salad with tofu. The kale was fresh. The fried chickpea was crispy. The salad tasted pretty good, but I wished there was more kale in the salad. We also ordered a small sized mixed berry smoothie, which tasted not too bad. However, I agree with other reviewers that it was way over priced for the size! It cost $32+ CAD dollars for kale Cesar salad and a small smoothie. I understand that things are generally more expensive at tourism places, but the bill did surprise me here.

Breakfast bowls were really tasty. Heads up, the smoothie bowl gets mushy if you don't eat it right away! Staff is friendly and resolved our mix-up quickly, keeping everything positive.

This is an excellent place for a cold lunch on a hot, sweltering day. Their menu is diverse, and their Cobb Salad was perfect. As always, I needed extra dressing. The staff were informative and helpful, and the seating was limited, but good once you found a table. Great place to go for a change of a fast-food hamburger or pizza. It's also a very healthy choice!
