Recently went here to grab something quick for lunch, I went in an hour before they were closing. The woman who served me was very rude. She didn't notice that I walked in for a minute she was busy on her phone. when I made my way to the other end of the counter she finally noticed. when I placed my order she was very annoyed and irritated. When I got my food she was still annoyed and irritated and when I asked for condiments she didn't like that at all. never got a hello, hi, how are you, or have a good day. Very poor customer service. food when decent.

We were looking for somewhere that didn’t have a bunch of fried foods or any typical fast food places, but still have a quick service option. We came one night and then immediately said we were coming back the next day, and we did! The chicken shawarma wrap was really good, but the beef shawarma wrap was DELICIOUS. Nice and fresh, not heavy on your stomach for walking around all day. We’d definitely come back for a 3rd time if we weren’t leaving today!

There was a guy with a Turbon, cutting the meat without gloves. He didn’t even clean his hands. Looked disgusting. The lady also didn’t have proper cutter while cutting the meat. It was yesterday. You guys could do much better!!!
We went twice during our trip. The food was incredible. Honestly couldn’t believe it didn’t have a better rating on here. The ingredients were so fresh, the sauces had so much flavor. Hit the spot. Would get this weekly if we had it back home.
The service was below average, and the person was mad for no reason. The washroom was catastrophic

Extremely poor attempt at a quessadia. I asked for beans, he put four on it, I asked for hot peppers, he put 2 pieces of hot peppers. It wasn't cooked or cut properly. Very disappointing and I won't be back.

We were looking for a quick non-chain meal in the Clifton Hill area before our Hornblower boat ride and decided to stop here — turned out to be a terrible decision. Service was incredibly slow and not great — we waited a really long time just to have our order taken. When I asked for a slushie one side wasn't working but they said the other flavour would be okay. It came out mostly liquid which they then attributed to the heat. We ordered a few different tacos, garlic potatoes and the chicken shawarma plate. Food was mediocre and their shawarma plate didn't come with any pita. The shawarma machine was pretty much empty when we showed up at around 1:45 and so the chicken was quite dry when it was shaved off. They were also visibly annoyed when we politely notified them that we were in a bit of a rush. Skip this place if you're in a rush.

I stopped by fusion wrap today .. i asked a hijabi workin in a ice cream shop for halal options near by and she recommended this rest along with others but since it was closest to us i went here .. and i bought 2 chicken shawarmas the chicken was stinking old and disgusting and there was a hair in my shawarma i puked on my way out .. plz dont try it
Great chicken burrito and gave us the option to customise (removing certain parts etc). Fully packed ingredients in and they cut it perfectly and gave us extra napkins too! Reasonable prices especially considering location.

Just stopped for a visit and came to order a classic poutine thinking it was cheap for a good quantity. It wasn't cheap for the amount of fries they put.
They give a big container but they don't really fill the container to a decent amount, nor are they generous with their cheese curds or gravy.
I had also found a bug in my cheese, and it's been melted. I had my food in a bag, and I didn't open the container until 10 minutes after. They handed me food with a bug in it, very unsanitary.
I wasn't quite full at all after eating their poutine, let alone already losing my appetite after finding a bug inside my food and having to dig it out. The price is not worth the quantity you get here. You're better off spending more money elsewhere in the more common restaurants where quality, quantity, and sanitary practices feel slightly more decent than here.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. This is the worst restaurant I have ever ordered food from. I got 2 poutines to eat at home, but once I got home and opened them, they looked very dry and didn’t even have any garlic sauce or hot sauce like asked. While i was eating i found a small piece of bone or rock in one of the meat slices. Not to mention the very small portion size and the chicken wasn’t fresh. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat from here.

AMAZING food for the price!! I got the chicken tawook and my friend got the chicken burrito bowl and both were mouth watering! The fries were SOO crispy and yum. The only complaint is the rice. It is not a good rice grain and also very under seasoned. Otherwise amazing amazing food for the price will always come back here!
