Quick place to grab delicious food. The service was outstanding. The boy was very helpful. We enjoyed the wrap. It was big enough to split. I would recommend this place if u don't want to spend hours in a busy restaurant.

We were surprised how much we LOVED Fusion Wrap! The chicken burritos were delicious and HUGE. The poutine gravy was some of the best we’ve had. We had a party of 6 and food was ready in 5-10 minutes, and served with a smile. Thank you!

We were excited to try Fusion Wrap in Niagara Falls, expecting good Middle Eastern food. Although it's not an authentic Middle Eastern spot, they do serve Middle Eastern-inspired dishes. Unfortunately, the falafels were disappointing. The lady who took our order deep fried them and they came out burnt and undercooked inside. I brought it to the attention of another worker who kindly made a new batch, but those were also overcooked on the outside. We haven’t tried the other items yet, so can’t comment on the rest of the menu. Hoping they can improve their falafel preparation going forward.

Recently went here to grab something quick for lunch, I went in an hour before they were closing. The woman who served me was very rude. She didn't notice that I walked in for a minute she was busy on her phone. when I made my way to the other end of the counter she finally noticed. when I placed my order she was very annoyed and irritated. When I got my food she was still annoyed and irritated and when I asked for condiments she didn't like that at all. never got a hello, hi, how are you, or have a good day. Very poor customer service. food when decent.
