The pizza I ordered was the blandest, poorest excuse for a pizza ever. Sauce was of the cheapest quality. The pizza had no flavour, literally none. I brought it home and had to add salt, oregano, and olive oil to make the thing edible.
Just a major disappointment, will never return.

We're too busy talking in their own language. Not English . Had no idea what they were saying. Stopping work to chat on personal phone. Stopping work to chat to eachother. Waited for our order. Asked for sauce on the side for our wings. Saw him tossing them in BBQ sauce. I said I hope those aren't my wings. Too busy chatting and not reading. Yup they were ours. Had to wait another 15 mins for fresh order of wings. Not one word to say sorry. Not one extra. Never going there again?!!!

For the last 20+ years, pizza from this location has been a must whenever we go to Niagara. It has the same unique taste, and the price is good as well. This time, Azu crafted tasty pizzas and provided pleasant customer service for us.

What really stood out, though, was the service—genuine, warm, and attentive. Dharmik made the whole experience memorable with his positive attitude and care.
