Delicious, friendly staff and reasonable prices
Parking: Not wheelchair friendly from pavement to sidewalk. At least 2-3 inches gap and very hard to get on. Welland On. Store
I have complained and nothing has been done.
SO STOP GOING .....
PLEASE ADD EVEN RUBBER MATS THICK ENOUGH TO HELP US.
I UNFORTUNATELY TELL PEOPLE IN THIS POSITION
ABOUT IT.
ITS TO BAD WE DO LIKE THE BREAKFAST.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's horrible, pavement is too low, and needs to be even to sidewalk use a wheelchair.

Fish was excellent. Caesar Salad was a great disappointment. Nothing but lettuce, croutons & dressing.

OMG they don’t ask tips! Feel so comfortable. However, The oil used for frying the French fries really needs to be changed. You can immediately taste that it hasn’t been replaced for a long time.

We ordered 2 halibut dinners & a shrimp dinner. I got my halibut with a size of California veggies, which I assumed they would be the frozen, but I didn't expect them to actually be frozen in the middle. The fish was the best we ever had, the batter is so good!! The sweet potato fries were ok, I've had better. The shrimp was also very good. When we order from here again, we will just order the fish, no sides.

I can't get over the positive reviews. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with Fish and Chips and the establihment itself. The fish was greasy and tasteless. I think people that think it's good haven't had GOOD fish and chips. This is fast food seafood at best.

Looks great and smells great but it's 75 bucks for 3 pc fish, fries and a poutine (i settled for a cheaper option and was still 55)... not only that but my order was takeout... I was asked if I wanted tartar sauce and I can't eat fish without it cause I'm picky... guess what, NO TARTAR SAUCE ........ food is extremely pricey and you're not garunteed to get what you asked for... especially when spending that kind of money. Like I can't even eat my expensive meal now and I'm not driving another 20 mins back into niagara. Do better....

Very clean, well lit establishment. We ordered the haddock and chips special! Light, not greasy, just the right amount of batter for a well portioned size fish with thick cut fries. I am on a low sodium diet and they already don’t add salt to their dishes which I really appreciated! We arrived and dined in at the last hour and the staff had such a positive energy even at the end of the day.

Food is not good. Half the breading has no fish in it. And they really don't care if you are there or not
