Service was good. Food was good, but not spectacular which you should/would expect for the price. A salad with a piece of chicken on top, $34.99 had a bit too much dressing on it and was not that unique for the price. The salad with steak was $39.99 and again, not spectacular; also, steak was requested to be medium, it was on the rare side. The brownie sundae on the other hand was quite nice, even for the $19.99 price tag. It was definitely for at least 2 people. Lots of whip cream and ice cream, and a fair size chocolate chip brownie.
Disappointed, asked early in the day if they would Be showing a World Series game on their TVs, was told yes, and made arrangements for a group to come in to watch the game. When we arrived was informed that they were going to close at 10 (on a Friday?) and would not be able to see the end of the game, also found out then that while they had the game on a few screens, there was no game audio played, and the TVs were out of sync so the TV we were near was on a delay and we were hearing the reactions from others in the bar before we saw anything. I know it is not a sports bar, but when we'd made the arrangements it seemed like they were going to be like many places and capitalize on the Blue Jays game and it was going to be convenient for our group. Had they told me they would not be showing the entire game, or that they would not allow game audio, we would have made other arrangements. That made the insane cost not palatable for the quality and quantity of food.
Very disappointing. Hard Rock is famous for their food but we were really disappointed. A simple chicken burger and fries - $35. It was so over cooked that I could barely chew it. Fries weren't cooked well - limp and soggy. Service was great- our waitress was awesome. Dessert was massive and worth the value. Was kind of surprised at the music. Lots of hip hop and trendy stuff - nothing I'd call Rock. Been there. Done that. Wouldn't go again.
Great place to have a guaranteed good dinner in Niagara Falls in a fun place. Went there with my son, we ate great burgers and enjoyed the music. Service was ok, could have been quicker but overall ok.
Easily booked the time we wanted. As a party of 5, ordering was quick and meals served in a very timely manner. Food was excellent.
Had a great dining experience here! Tracy was wonderful and very friendly which, combined with the excellent food made for a great time! Would recommend again!

We have never been to a hard rock Café before. Thought we would give it a try visiting Niagara Falls. We sat at the bar and Kelly was our bartender. She was fabulous as was the food, considering it was a chain. Very happy with food. We had such a good time with Kelly. We went back the next night before we went home

Joya was a fantastic server — she made my 19th birthday extra lovely, gave us lots of time and some drink recommendations. Even let us know about fireworks in the area.
If you enjoy music on any historical level this place is great!! Me and my mother spent most of dinner talking about whatever music video was playing at the time. Food was great and pricing made sense for a tourist area.

BEWARE!!!!! Food is TERRIBLE!!!!! Our server was great. Ditto for the vibe, but when you get down to it, the food was a total disappointment. The only thing the server could've done better is asked how we enjoyed the meal, but since I had only taken a few bites of mine I guess that was pretty clear. I ordered the southwestern grilled chicken salad, and my partner ordered a burger. He NEVER leaves a morsel behind, but today that happened. People order salads because they think they're healthy. If we didn't, we'd be eating burgers. Hard rock obviously think a lot their dressing because that's pretty much what I received in mine. The salad was older than.....I am 60+ and holding. Don't waste your time or your money here. There are 1 million other places that are much more worthy of taking your money. The bill today was $85 for a sloppy salad, one gin and tonic drink and my boyfriend thought his burger was dry and tough. PS, he is not a fussy eater.

My first time. I very much liked the musical memorabilia although I didn't see everything they have in this locale. The food was a disappointment but cost too much to leave any behind. Sorry, no pictures

Tracy was amazing. She treated us like we were her only table and the restaurant was PACKED. She ensured our food was made super fast as we were strapped for time. All wait staff should be like her!!! What an asset!
