I think my biggest complaint is the cost of the food compared to other Hard Rocks I have been to. The service was great. No views. All interior with no windows. Quiet, cool place to grab a bite to eat. Food was okay.

I gave one star because zero was not an option. We sat down at 7:15 and were ignored for the first 10 minutes. We didn't even have drinks until 30 minutes in and everyone around us that came after us had already received food before we got drinks. My wife had to go to the bar to even get our drinks. Food came burnt and disgusting. One side of chicken completely burnt and served upside down to hide it. Would NOT. Recommend. Maybe because we were Americans?

Service was so slow, we sat for 40 minutes before receiving our first drink. Then two of our entrees didn't come out until everyone else had already finished their food and no compensation of any kind was offered in this circumstance. The food is insanely overpriced as well for mediocre food.

Well to be honest the parking to get into this place is horrible. It's not wheelchair friendly, especially ladies bathroom in the Hard Rock Cafe.The elevator to go up and down to get into the casino is sketchy. Needs improvement. The gift shop is good with cool stuff, worth a look. Friendly staff, but old building that needs up grade.

Kartik, hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. From the moment we were seated, he made us feel like VIPs. He was attentive without being overbearing. What really stood out was his energy and attitude always smiling, super professional, and genuinely cared that we were having a good time. Even when it got busy, he never missed a beat. Our drinks were always topped up, orders came out just right, and he checked in at all the perfect moments.

The receptionist was very welcoming and has a positive energy, but the seat we were placed to is a small table at the corner of the restaurant even though there are more empty tables that has more space. For the server, we didnt get her name because she wasnt wearing her name plate. The moment she gave the menu she gave us a "look" and then when we ordered one meal for two to share, she gave us a look again and was rude to us. The meal we ordered was a big portion that two people can't even finish, we are not western by the way. For the whole experience the server was rude and always giving us a "look" like we dont belong there. When we asked to remove the Local Fee as we are residents of Ontario as well, she asked for an ID and my partner gave her OHIP and said its not valid, so I gave my Driver's License and she said that she will check to her manager if they will accept it or not. She came back and told us that the manager doesnt wanna do it, and for tipping we gave a minimum as we were not happy dinning with them. Me and my gf works in the same industry "service industry" and we expect to be treated like everyone else in that room that night. But we felt different. It was the worst experience for a first time.

Food was great !!! Small portions for an absolutely ridiculously high price. Servers should have to write orders down, especially groups bigger than 3, a few minor mistakes were made that could have been avoided.

It was very busy and very noisy with several large groups. We were in a side room separate from the main area, but it was still very loud. Service was slow, and some things when they came out were cold but took so long to get that we didn't send them back. They got one order wrong and brought fries instead of mash offered to change it, but we waited long already we just ate. I've visited several Hard Rock Cafés and this is by far the worst.
