We ordered for delivery and it's our first time ordering from this restaurant. We thought when you order a burger, its comes with garnishes like lettuce, tomatoes etc... coz most ordering app won't let you check out if you need to indicate items specifically. Our burgers came, and its just the bun and the patty. I wish the restaurant should have called us to confirm if the order is right as a part of customer service. I called the restaurant and told me that they wont do that, and they don't have our contact number either, which is so weird coz I worked in a restaurant too, customer's info and number are in the app in case you need to contact them regarding their order. Totally disappointed....will never order in this location again.
