Went to the drive thru today the young lady was friendly and repeated my order back and everything was correct.I drove to the second window service was great.I get back to my house I give everyone their orders which were correct I was so looking forward to my Angus burger with cheese with the works no pickle no tomatoe I open the wrapper it was just a beef patty with some sort of sauce I didn't order and lettaceIt was very very disappointing so not sure what happened between ordering and making my order and I have to say it's happened to me 2 times already at thisLocation I guess I need to stop after getting my order to check that it is correct kinda defeats the purpose of going to the drive thru.

It was one hour before closing and we just arrived from the states to visit Canada. The only place open was Harvey’s so the 9 of us all went there to eat. The lady working the cash was really sweet and got all of our orders correct, and was very patient with us! 10/10

10/10 ?I come here occasionally for a delicious burger with sides since 2021. So far, of all my visits, everything is perfect. The food I always order matches my expectations; the quality, taste, and portions are outstanding. ?Kudos to the friendly staff and service. They're also accommodating too ?Keep it up.

This Harvey's in Niagara Falls on Lundy Lane has never let me down. I eat here when I can. The place is always clean the staff always friendly the food always great. I defently recommend coming here for a quick bit to eat.Thanks for the excellent experience.
It's a great place to visit with family, friends, or spouses. The dining area is great with a serene environment and an amazing taste in the mealParking: It's a drive-through, I really didn't observe any spot for either a paid or free parking.

Always my favorite fast food! The environment is welcoming, the staff are kind and helpful (after all, we are in Canada ❤️). My favorite part is being able to choose any sandwich based on the type of meat and then add as many ingredients as possible. The sandwiches are delicious, another level compared to traditional fast food, the fries are crispy and tasty just right. Advised
