Harvey's is Harvey's, you know what you're getting. At this particular location, it is worth the review because it is always clean, the staff is unusually pleasant, and they seem happy. They even seem to enjoy being around each other. It's actually a comfortable place to spend my hour lunch..... Their mood helps lift mine on a dreary workday. If drive thru also always friendly, quick and ready.

I went through the drive-thru at Harvey’s about 20 minutes ago. I ordered a veggie burger and a small chicken bacon ranch poutine. While the order itself was correct, there was no sauce on my veggie burger, which made it really dry. The sauce is a big part of the flavor, so it was disappointing. It’d be great if they could double-check orders, especially in the drive-thru where you can’t check until you’ve already left.

Been here couple of times. Food was always fresh but this time the quantity and quality is nothing to write about. Ordered poutine combo, quantity is almost half of what used to be with absolutely no gravy, totally dry.

I grew up in Niagara Falls, but for the last 30 years have lived in Cincinnati Ohio ( US) . I fly home four or five times a year and EVERY TIME, I must stop at a Harvey's for an 1/4 Angus with bacon & Cheese or my home coming isn't complete . They still make em just ss i ask them to ; loaded with tomato and extra extra dill pickles. Still perfect, just like when I was a kid. I love you Harvey's.

Always great burgers and one of the only (fast food) poutines I’ll eat, they also have some really great shakes and unique drink options. Been visiting this place for years and keep coming back
Parking: Plenty of parking with several adjacent free lots as well if it’s very busy, never had an issue finding a spot anytime of the year.
Update, they contacted me, offering me a free meal and pretty quickly too. That's great they want to make things right and again so quickly. I haven't gotten back to them yet but I wanted to change this in the meantime. Good stuff.
Food is fine, in person, also fine. Don't use the app for delivery from here. Gotten my last 3 orders wrong. Toppings are wrong, and I just paid for a large Pepsi no ice and got a large Pepsi zero full of ice. No drink now, cause that stuff is disgusting, so thanks for that. I use delivery co I don't have to/ or can't go out but it defeats the purpose when i don't get what I ordered over and over. My receipt has what I ordered correct, the order is once again wrong.
