Superb Indian food. The daal was perfection as was the aloo gobi and malai kofta. High prices but worth it. We did take out. Definitely try it.

On July 4th 2021 we went to Indian Kitchen King, Niagara Falls, NY for lunch. Food is ok. We had a bill of $53.58 and I added $5.00 tip. After 2 days when I check my credit card transaction and they charged $103.58 where they modified tip as $50.00 instead of $5.00. When I questioned then they apologized and saying that I may have swiped the card 2 times, but if I swipe card 2 times then there should be 2 transactions on my card. They did a partial reversal transaction for $50.00. They are intentionally doing fraud. Stay away from this restaurant.

Nice clean quick. Very friendly auntyji. Made vegetarian food without onion and garlic. It was tasty and light.

We settled as a big group and were told there is only set menu( we went on Sunday) but we were adamant that we will not accept that ( unsure about when the food was cooked). They did want to lose income from such a big group and hence accepted our condition. We ordered curries different than in set menu, they were good and made as per our request. The second supply on naan tasted fresher than first one. I also feel that once we finished our food some of the leftovers was kept aside ( may be to pass on to other diners). I think they have tendency to serve stale food.

We came to Niagara Falls for a quick getaway. Tonight we had a hankering for Indian food. India Kitchen King came out near the top of the eat-in places, so we gave it a try. It is a tiny place, maybe 11 tables total, and is extremely casual dining (as if you are in the family’s home). It took 5 minutes to get noticed by the hostess. We waited another 5 minutes while the two busboys, in slow motion, cleared a table for us. When seated, we were told they were too busy to serve off the menu, and that the only option was the buffet (priced very reasonably at $13). There were 8 or 10 dishes available. A variety of flavors and seasonings. Which you could only taste for maybe 10 seconds, before the heat set in and overpowered the food. The only things not overpoweringly hot were the white rice, the raita,and the amazing nan bread. We went through a pitcher and a half of ice water. The breath shield on the buffet was flipped up and out of the way. People frequently brought their used plates back to the buffet for their seconds. And the air conditioning was inadequate—it was cooler outside. This was a very disappointing experience.

The tandoori they served was so dry and tasted awful... food was so bad that we could not eat it at all.... except for the naan & tikka masala they served us !! Worst ever experience with an Indian restaurant...
